Spacious room, friendly staff, comfortable bed. It was nice to be able to open a window for some fresh air when so many places are hermetically sealed with air conditioning! Breakfast was basic and some fresh fruit would have been welcome.

The location was great for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. The evening staff was terrific in accommodating our late arrival. Breakfast hours were posted for 8-9:30am. Morning staff didn't report to work until 8:15 so don't expect any breakfast to be set out before 8:30am. There were numerous maintenance problems in the room. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Towel bar also fell off the wall resulting in towels in the toilet. Coffee maker did not work and was absent in one of our rooms. These issues were reported to the morning staff but nothing was rectified during our 2 night stay. Overall, we were wishing we had chosen a different place to stay.

Loved that it was a little town close to Bryce but outside all the chaos. Quaint and peaceful. Rooms were ok and breakfast was very limited. Office hours also limited 7-11 and 3-8. Restaurant, General store and gas station right next door were great and convenient

Stayed 1 night while going to Zion. Place was clean, quiet and convenient. Keep in mind limited dining options nearby and everything closes early. Other then that place was great easy check in and check out

We liked our stay here. The breakfast was nice for the price we paid for the room. The desk help was very nice and friendly. The room was roomy and we enjoyed the large bathroom. The entire motel is dated and worn. The outside is not landscaped or clean. The only bad thing we experienced was how dirty the carpet was in our room. When we packed up to leave, we always check under the beds to make sure we dont leave anything. Unfortunately there was a dirty diaper and other garbage under the bed. We were totally grossed out.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage als Ausgangspunkt zum Bryce Canyon. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück ganz ok. Leider hat unser Zimmer förmlich gestunken. Was m.E. vom stark verschmutzen Bodenbelag kam. Wir haben unsere Socken lieber nicht ausgezogen … es sollte mehr Möglichkeiten geben, abends draußen zu sitzen… alles in allem enttäuschend für den Preis, alles unter 50$ halte ich für angemessen.

Clean, quiet hotel near Bryce Canyon National Park

Our room was clean and fairly new. The location is near Bryce Canyon NP, which made it easy to get to the park. The breakfast was good, but not extensive - bagels and cereal mostly.

Do not recommend this location, TV didnt work, air conditioning did NOT work , no ice machines, could not find staff nobody was in the office. Left early in the morning there was no staff to inform of check out , then i called the location 10 Times and they Never Answered the phone !! Couldn't leave a message it would just disconnect! Terrible service

Yes, it's an older facility in a small town, but the members of the staff were very friendly. The room was good for this kind of motel. My only complaint was that when I was taking a shower, more water come from the faucet than the shower head. The breakfast was a modest continental breakfast featuring cold cereal, oatmeal, or toast. Overall, it met my expectations for this level of motel, and the staff made it a good stay.
