We had one of 6 units (rooms) in this remodeled residential home in this small town of Tropic. The unit (room) was very comfortable, nice decor. Check-in was so easy. Got a text that the room was ready and where to find the key. Room looked out on a nicely manicured backyard. The lot for this home was large so no close neighbors. Very quiet inside and out. Beautiful views of the backside of Bryce Canyon. Sits about 3 minutes from a very good restaurant - Stone Hearth Grill and about that far to downtown to a nice coffee shop. The drive from Bryce Canyon to Tropic is probably about 10 miles but well worth the drive. The HooDoo lollipops were a fun touch.

We’ve been on a 21 day national park visit in the west. Most every hotel we’ve stayed at except this is a well known brand hotel. By far this is the best place we’ve stayed. It’s got a Mountain View and a very private location. The room is immaculate and the bed and towels are what you would give your best friend who was visiting at your house. The shower is nice, private and unlike many hotels not slippery. The neighborhood is residential and you feel like part of the nice neighborhood. Linda, the host, was been very accommodating. I wish we were staying for more days.

This inn is lovely and perfect for a relaxing night after hiking in Bryce. The checkin was a breeze and the room was clean with welcome snacks and water, a fridge and a microwave. The grounds are beautiful. Would highly recommend.
