La villa è circondata da una splendida vegetazione mediterranea con affaccio sul Mar Adriatico, in una delle zone più belle della Puglia, nel Parco Nazionale della costa Otranto – Santa Maria di Leuca.
Arredata con buon gusto in stile mediterraneo, composta da cucina, due bagni e due camere da letto. È a disposizione anche un divano letto, potendo così estendere a 6 il numero degli ospiti.
