This property exceeded our expectations! The hotel is in a great location and so private and quiet. The staff is very kind and helpful. The onsite bar, restaurant and breakfast service was just wonderful! Kudos to the chief - we don’t normally eat at hotel restaurants but this one was exceptional and the outdoor dining area was beautiful and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel has a lovely view of the ocean. The balcony was wonderful. Had dinner at the hotel and it was great. The breakfast and dinner staff was attentive and interesting. Included breakfast was perfect. You could eat a lot or have fruit, yogurt or something light if you prefer.

This is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly and staff. The rooms are modern and clean. Very comfortable beds with soft bedding. The rooftop bar/restaurant is lovely with an exceptional view of the sea. The village is very small and quaint. There is a nice swimming area about a 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I find myself in Santa Cesare Terme again, I would definitely stay here again!!

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and hospitable - especially Anna and Alfonso. We really enjoyed the sea view from the room as well as the upstairs terrace. We would recommend that the breakfast be served on this terrace instead of on the lower dining area. The breakfast food was not of high quality, sometimes not fresh; perhaps the hotel should reduce the variety of breakfast food options in favour of better quality. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is centrally located with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff is super helpful and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is pleasant. They helped arrange multiple trips and drivers and recommended great places to see. Breakfast is included and the spread was amazing with fresh fruit and pastries. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The staff are so wonderful! They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We loved the breakfast, the free e-bikes and location (the town is quiet but there are great day trips to nearby beaches and towns). The rooms are spacious and the aircon is lovely!

An excellent hotel which we will return to! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the breakfast was basic but tasty, and for us, the location was spot on. We were able to use the electric bikes for free to ride to a secluded rustic bay 5 mins away which I would thoroughly recommend, we could also drive to several nearby towns all within 15-20 minutes such as Otranto, and also benefit from the sea and restaurants in Santa Cesarea Terme. We looked at other hotels whilst we were there to check out for future, and none of the others came anywhere close to the Est Hotel. The hot tub was a lovely touch and is open right up until the night time, and I’d recommend a room with a terrace/balcony to enjoy the views in your own private space. The restaurant was really lovely and food quality very good but as a vegetarian I found just a few options as they eat a lot of fish/meat specialties locally - however, if I had needed them to i’m sure the staff would have made something for me as they really are very helpful. On the day of our departure we left before breakfast started and they very kindly set us up a little table upstairs with fresh fruit and croissants, and made us some cappuccinos before we left for the airport! They are happy to provide local recommendations for things to do if you just ask reception, they genuinely want you to have a nice time whilst you are staying with them! Rooms were very clean and the very powerful shower was lovely. Parking is free too!

A fine hotel in a lovely part of Salento

From our check in at the front desk with cheery, helpful Anna, to our experience with the wonderful gentleman server in the restaurant, we were made to feel like special guests for our stay. Room was clean, and bright. Breakfast buffet is well presented with a large variety of highest quality sweet and savory options. Dinner in the restaurant was very nice, with excellent friendly service. Many thanks to the wonderful staff.
