Really an unbelievable gem of modern Italian design and hospitality off the beaten path in Puglia
Wonderful pool, spa, lounge areas, and restaurants with very inventive locally sourced cuisine
Engagingly warm and caring staff ...all proficient in English and multiple other languages...who want you to enjoy every minute of your stay and return next season
And, much more reasonably priced than similar properties on the Almafi coast, or in a larger city....
A wonderful stay and we will skip Rome and Venice and Florence next trip to come here exclusively
Tip: fly into Bari or Brindisi and rent a car...the roads are very good and with Google Maps, you won’t get lost. Use the Borgo as a Home Base as you do day trips to Ostunia, Monopoli, Brindisi, and many other smaller towns which each have a fascinating history, stunning architecture and unforgettable trattorias with exquisite food
