The property is clean and modern and within walking distance of the historic center. It was also very convenient to have parking just a few feet away as it can be challenging to find a spot in the city. Front desk staff was very welcoming and always ready to help.

This is a very lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Very friendly staff, very welcoming and happy to help. The room was perfect - very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good - a help yourself buffet with a good variety of fresh and tasty food. Nice central location - a very short walk into the centre of Ostuni. All in all, it could not have been better. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel, slightly out of the old town but only a 10/15 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful especially Maria when booking bus tickets to Alberobello. Breakfast was excellent.

Impeccably clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bonus, the spa was excellent. Didn’t intend on visiting the spa and booked completely last minute to end up having an exceptional service. Large and varied breakfast spread also better than expected.

Outstanding! The staff at this hotel are extremely service oriented and friendly. They helped us book a tuk tuk to go pick up our bikes and let us store our bags for the day as we arrived early. When we returned at check in time, our bags had already been taken up to our room. Other compliments - bike storage, easy parking very close to the hotel, an outstanding breakfast, and a wonderful roof top restaurant and bar with a great view of the old city.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even though it’s not located right in the historic center, it’s just a 10-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. What truly stood out was the amazing service — the staff went above and beyond. I accidentally left something behind, and they were kind enough to arrange to send it to my next hotel in another city. I’m so grateful for their kindness and attention. Highly recommended!
