Our room is filled with stink bugs. My sister also was staying at the property and she had more than 50 stink bugs on her ceiling one day. They came in and vacuumed them up and also sprayed but the next day they were back. There was also a massive amount of noise throughout the night as there was a bike race, and children were riding bikes up and down the hallways. Altogether the hotel is all right, but we felt the management should have addressed these issues rather than shrug and tell us that’s just the way it is

Great hotel, located near Interstate 26 with easy access to Johnson City and the surrounding area. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed visiting family and doing some hiking along the Appalachian Trail. I have stayed here before when visiting the Johnson City area, and will stay here on my next visit.

Our AC didn’t work. We moved rooms twice. They refunded us half our money which made it a little better. Water pressure and shower was excellent. Breakfast was fair. Overall we wouldn’t go back because of AC issues. Another family traveled with us and their room was also too warm.

There was nothing to dislike it was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in a long time the host was great at check in plus out. Our room was fresh smelling with a clean smell. Love it that they only allow service dogs only which is awesome. Breakfast needs some work as they only had skim milk to drink also need 2%or whole milk also , plus the juices wat luke warm . All food from a inspection point would have been tossed due to serving temps were not at the correct temp. Other than that the property was very clean . Work on the breakfast put more options in for the price that is charged for the room.
