Initially went to the wrong Hilton (they said this happens every day), but once we got there, it was great. Honestly, having hot water/coffee freely available just calms me down from the drive. Everything in the room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ample with healthy options and wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is in a convenient location for folks traveling on I-26. Decent Mexican restaurant just below it (easy walk if you’re tired of driving), too. Room was comfortable enough, and quiet, and we appreciated the fridge and microwave. But found a desiccated pepperoni on the floor next to one bed, which kinda made us second guess the cleanliness of other things. Breakfast was pretty disappointing.

The tub didn't drain well so you had to stand on dirty water while showering. The sink had the same issue. At breakfast they were out of cinnamon rolls and the juice machine was broken. They had sunny d to substitute. That isn't a comparable drink for real orange juice. It was very disappointing. The biscuits were good and the eggs were cooked just right. I prefer sausage patties but they were turkey based which is highly processed. I booked a two room suite and i was charged for it through a third party. Three different women at the front desk were hateful and condescending. I was told i hot what i paid for in their system i only reserved a single room with two beds that it was my fault i booked through someone else. There was no empathy and no customer service. Not even an apology just blame and how they hate third parties. I was told Expedia purposely books the wrong room and pokets the extra money i paid Regardless where i booked i am a customer i was treated like they don't want return business.

The room was just right for us and our needs. It was very clean and tiday when we checked in. The staff at check-in was outstanding. We ended up staying another night and she helped us get that night at a good cost. All of the staff were just so friendly and yet professional. I'd give our stay at the Holiday Inn Express an A+.

I was very grateful to the staff for all their support during the passing of my sister at the Johnson City Medical Center. We were given such care and helpful attention when we needed to coordinate incoming family and for making new reservations. Our room arrangements shifted but anything we needed was there and our rooms were kept clean and comfortable. We were so emotional and tired each day that their thoughtfulness and caring was deeply appreciated. Thank you

Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was pretty much the same each day - which we did not mind at all. Good biscuits and gravy - always a treat! Room was dated ... but clean. Loved that the walls are NOT paper thin and that we really hard very little noise from outside of our room. Felt as if we must have been the only ones on that particular floor for most of the stay!

I liked the shower, sink faucet and mirror, they were all new. Also the Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner were good quality. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast staff person did an excellent job keeping items stocked and keeping the breakfast area clean.

Strengthening staff training around first impressions and communication would help ensure interactions feel welcoming from the start. More thorough pre-arrival room inspections—particularly addressing odors—would improve comfort and cleanliness. Regular pest control and proper mold remediation, rather than cosmetic fixes, would also go a long way in reinforcing quality and guest confidence
