Located 20 m away from suburban metro station this hotel is good value for money for the budget travellers. Very clean rooms , fast check in , easily accessible super market make it a good choice for travellers. Breakfast is ok , but very responsive to bring me additional fruits for me when demanded. Definitely recommend for budget traveller.

Hotel Quo Fierro was first stop for our group visiting Spain. Reached in night so just slept but enjoyed our stay for next one a half day. It's quite spacious with many floors like -2 parking -1 restaurant reception small swimming pool zym and spa that was not operational during our stay. Our room was on 2nd floor with one lift we always used to come down or go up. Used stay for breakfast only that was just ok for a vegetarian. Corn flex bread butter and fresh fruits. At times it is tiresome to select proper tea bag from amongst many flavours. At last you mean up is good with basis necessities nice toiletries. Not a bad experience at all.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in July 2015 on a business trip. We would not have selected this hotel, but it was recommended by his company. Based upon previous reviews, I was unsure if the hotel had A/C and was relieved to see that it did (and it worked!). The hotel is close to the train station, a grocery store, and a street food truck. The staff spoke fair English. Breakfast was not included, but consisted mainly of sliced meats. The room was pretty standard and bigger than what we experienced in Paris. Wifi worked just fine in the room. We encountered two major problems here. First, I was sleeping during the day while jet-lagged and did not pick up the phone when it rang. A little later, a staff member entered the room while I was in the shower in order to turn off the A/C. I thought this was rude and unprofessional. I should be able to run the A/C as long as I am in the room. Second, there were major issues with the plumbing. On the third night, the terrible smell of sewage came from the pipes and made the it unbearable to be in the bathroom. It seems like this hotel is barely holding it together. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Every person at the hotel front desk was extremely helpful and kind during my 4 night stay for work. Staff helped me print some documents I needed and provided advice on the area. The location is phenomenal. Literally right next to the train station. You can get to downtown Madrid in less than 30 minutes door to door. Airport takes slightly longer but still easily accessible. Location also means some rooms are noisier than others due to train noise - I recommend requesting a room that overlooks the central courtyard to minimize train noise. The rooms are nice, relatively large and comfortable. Internet was fast with very few hiccups. The restaurant is okay. Breakfast is served in the restaurant normally but is moved downstairs when the hotel is above a certain % full due to space constraints. Obviously a basement breakfast room is not preferable (and the staff struggles to keep the buffet full when it is downstairs) but what can you do. A great spread regardless of whether it is up or downstairs. Overall, not luxurious but would make a perfect low-cost option when staying in Madrid for tourism and is a solid business hotel when there for work.

Stayed at the hotel with family from 20th till security at the hotel ... a family was robbed from inside the hotel lobby and the staff showed least of bother about it..the room was with the breakfast ..but the breakfast was served in a polythin without water/tea or coffee whereas the Europeans were being served the breakfast at the coffe shop...experienced Racism in the first time in my life..not recommendable hotel

I spent four nights at the Quo Fierro during a business trip to Tres Cantos. The hotel room was nice and clean with a large double bed, closet, work desk, large ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, free wifi and a non working air condition. Breakfast was included and the hotel also had a nice restaurant open until 23:00 every day. The staff working here was very nice and service minded and the hotel room was also very nice, but the air condition did not work as expected. When I arrived Tres Cantos it was +30 C outside and my room was very very warm. The air condition did not work properly so instead of blowing cold air it actually blew warm air making my room even warmer. The room was equipped with a window but it had the standard "suicide lock" so the window could not be completely opened. I complained about this to the reception, but they said they could not help me as the air condition would not be working for the next days. I asked if they had any extra fans I could borrow, but they did not have that. When I was going to sleep it was just too warm, so I went down to the reception again and asked for the key to the "suicide lock", which they gave me. I could finally open the whole window letting fresh air come into my hotel room, but staying at a room facing the street still made it hard for me to sleep due to the noise of buses and larger trucks waiting for a green light just outside my window until late night and starting up again early in the morning. The main reason I chose this hotel was because it is very close to my company's office. When it is +30 C outside you can't just say that the air condition will not be working for the next days. You have to do everything possible and impossible to get the system up and running at once. Next time I will rather try the Eurostar hotel and hope they have better air condition.

Hotel overall is ok, room are big and clean, service is generally kind. Only bad note is the breakfast, underground room full of people and the offer is not decent for a 4 star hotel. An inprovement on that is higly recomended!

Cleanliness not at the optimum. Rooms would need some attention. Lighting in the renovated bathroom cold and insufficient. Gym needs renovation and replacement of the equipment. In total rather average.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It is a typical business hotel without a "personality" but everything was good! The bed was really comfortable, the room was reasonably spacious and the bathroom was perfect. Staff is also very friendly. There is a mini market just outside of your doorstep and a Carrefour about 7 minutes walking. If you are not desperate to be in the centre of Madrid then this hotel is perfect for you.

Quo Fierro is a simple and fairly clean business hotel located in Tres Cantos, a satellite town to Madrid. The construction is relatively new and the hotel has a functional and open 'look' The hotel appears to be run with a minimum of staff, so count on a receptionist and little more. There is no bar - there are several nice ones within a 5 minute walk - but there is an adequate breakfast room. The rooms/bathrooms are simple and functional. Not a lot of character. Mostly clean, although a couple of olive pits that I noticed in the corner of the room upon arrival survived at least two housekeeping visits. Check the expiration dates on the drinks in the minibar. Couple of mine had slid past their due dates. The hotel does offer parking, there is a narrow entrance right next to the one of the supermarket. There is a charge for parking, but worth it. It is the best way to get your luggage into the hotel as there is no space on the roadside next to the front door to do so. Breakfast is pretty standard, some bread, pastries, cold cuts, etc. I recommend to order a coffee separately, as it one from the canteens is a little bland. The town itself has little to offer outside of a couple of decent cafeterias and restaurants. One would only come to stay here for business, provided you had meetings with a company in the immediate area. A drive to Madrid would be long and hard during peak hours. The local train station does make this hotel excellent for an 'overflow' alternative if the city of Madrid is 'Full' For the purpose of a business visit for a couple of days, Quo Fierro is fine and efficient.
