Great location, lots of space

We wanted to be close to Cook's house -- this location was perfect for us. Nice view out of the largest unit. Only thing to note is that one of the bedrooms you access by going through another bedroom. We had a little issue with one of the electronic locks, but the owner fixed it right away. I would stay there again.

Great location

Great walkable location to downtown. Close to pickup spot for the wine tour bus. The space allowed our group to be all together but at night close off for privacy. We all had a great time. If your traveling with someone who has mobility issues the stairs up to the lofts might be tough and ask in advance about parking. Everyone in our group said they would rebook again.

Great property and location

We rented the four upstairs rooms, and they were wonderful! All four were so clean and fresh looking. We enjoyed the views and the boats going by. The host was easy to reach and communicate with when we needed some extra supplies. We are hoping to book again for next year!

TC Unique Stay

Great location, interesting upstair lofts which accomodated us (4 couples and a single) just fine. This is an ideal property for a large family. Parking is down the street in a public garage at $20 per night.

Great downtown TC stay!

We stayed here very comfortably with 13, we rented out all 4 lofts for a bachelorette party. It was the perfect set up. Great location right downtown TC with gorgeous views of the lake from all units. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Winter Stay

We stayed at the lofts on Front Street for a bachelorette and it was perfect. The location is great and the layout was awesome for a large group. There was plenty of space to spread out while also providing large gathering spaces for us all to enjoy. Communication with Joe was great and we'll definitely stay again!

Family Get Away

These Lofts were Everything. The location in the center of downtown, everything in walking distance. The cleanliness ✔️ communication w/owner ✔️. Joe responded in a timely manner everytime. We will definitely be back to the Lofts during pontoon season. I highly recommend The Lofts on Front st. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect set up and location for big group

We had 7 couples stay for a long weekend and the set up was great as we all had our own bedrooms and we could use multiple kitchens to prepare meals, etc. There was storage in basement for our bikes and skis, access to washer and dryer, and we could walk around downtown TC very easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding weekend

Joseph's place is clean, crisp and well provisioned. The beds were very comfortable, and location was as described, and exceedingly convenient to all Traverse City activities. I had been concerned about the steps for my 88 yr old mom, and as Joseph had described, they did have handrails on both sides, which served the purpose. For future elderly guests, the first two steps leading into the building do not have a rail, and have a higher rise than most steps. Nonetheless, I would return to these rooms again without a qualm, and easily rate it a 5 star property.

Beautiful Private Oasis

We were super impressed with this property. Gave everyone privacy yet we were able to mingle when we wanted in the spacious living areas. Super clean, and beautiful amenities within walking distance of any restaurant your heart desires downtown. Would highly recommend this property for a stay with family or friends! Also be sure to stop for donuts next door in the morning, so delicious!!

Best Place in TC for a Bachelorette Weekend!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. The location couldn't be better, we were right in the mix of it all. We were in town for my bachelorette party weekend and these lofts couldn't have worked out any better for us. My mom and aunts stayed in two lofts and my girlfriends and I stayed in the others and since we were all right there at the same place the older ladies could come join us and then we'd split off at night time. Host was quick to answer all my questions and he even let my girls in early to decorate. Since it's right in downtown I was worried about the street parking but Joe reimbursed us four 4 parking spots at the parking garage just kiddy corner from us. Everything was high end and brand new. And each unit had their own kitchens and bathrooms. I will forever cherish the memories we made at the Lofts on Front St and would recommend them to any large groups that want to be in downtown TC.

Wow!!! Amazing Listing, Especially for downtown TC

This property was better than we could have ever expected. We had a group of 14 people and couldn’t find anything still available in downtown until we stumbled upon this awesome location. It was myself and my 3 brothers and a few friends and we each had our own separate unit/loft. We were able to all hang out in two of the units but could all go to bed and do our own thing. We ate mostly carry out but loved the views out the back window. It literally looked like the Bahamas or something. We got pizza from the place next door and enjoyed sitting around the table with my brothers and had a view to die for! You can certainly tell they went above and beyond on literally everything. We took their brand new pontoon to the beach just outside the Boardman river into the bay. There was a block party going on for the holiday weekend just across the street at the Little Fleet which we enjoyed the live music and all sorts of wonderful food from the many food trucks they have stationed there all summer long. We lucked out majorly that we were able to book such an amazing property so last minute. The property manager was great on communicating with me and had explained everything perfect. The parking was just down the street a short walk away in the public parking garage which is totally expected being as they’re located right in the midst of downtown. We already reserved some dates for cherry fest as they have a wide open calendar almost. I highly recommend this to any bigger size group.
