    We had a great stay! The place had wonderful amenities and everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very nice, friendly, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Overall everything was perfect- we’d definitely stay again and highly recommend!

    The place was excellent. Everything was clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed the house for our golf trip. No issues with the host. Highly recommended!

    The home was open, airy and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We enjoyed the hot tub, although there is a camera on that area so be aware of privacy. The house was stocked with more basics than we expected (dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, paper towels, towels for hot tub,etc.). The game room however was missing "games" other than pool and foosball. So bring your own cards/board games.

    A perfect getaway with quick pleasant drive to Traverse City or day trip to Torch Lake (which our family did!). The host has continued to make updates at the home with an added sauna and ice plunge. The house was clean and stocked pretty well. We’d definitely return to this family friendly retreat!

    Place is awesome!So relaxing. Our family took advantage of theSauna, Cold Plunge, and Hot Tub.Beds were comfortable as well.Alex was a pleasure to work with.Very responsive. We left a bag of behindand he shipped it to us the next day.Was in Traverse City for a wedding, if I ever find my way back there, this will be the first place I look to stay.Thank you!!

    Michigan Family Stay

    The house is beautiful, perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room for family group time or to spread out for personal time. It's close to everything, shopping, ice cream, parks. We had a wonderful vacation.

    Up North Family Vacation

    Dream Palace Indeed!

    Aleksandr is a fantastic host and the home and property are in an amazing location. The hot tub is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking utensils and cutlery. The beds are very comfortable and the fully renovated interior is exceptionally nice. We had a great stay and are already looking forward to book our next visit.

    Staff retreat while at work

    Five of us stayed at the property while we were in TC for a conference in downtown TC. The hotel block was filled up so we found this house to be our next option and we loved it. The home allowed for everyone to have their own space and provide for comfortable space to hang out after a long day of work!

    Spacious, Quiet, Fun, and CLEAN!!!!!

    We had a great stay. Everything was very clean, all living spaces and hot tub! We were grateful for the snacks and coffee provided as we didn’t have a chance to get to the store. Great place to launch out on day trips and so much to see in the area! Host was one of the best communicators I have had with property rentals!

    Made a trip with family and friends to TC for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Everything was PERFECT and the palace is such a beautiful, cozy home. It is just outside of downtown, with easy access to great wolf lodge, dining, and shopping, whatever you’re visiting TC for! I highly recommend!

    A wonderful family Christmas weekend in Traverse City!

    Our 2nd annual stay at this wonderful home situated in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the spacious living areas including pool table, foosball & hot tub. We spent the days in downtown Traverse City, shopping and wine tasting and then were able to gather back at the house for a fun game night to celebrate Christmas with family. Clean, modernly decorated and well stocked with everything that you'll need for a great stay. We appreciated the snack basket upon arrival! <3

    Great Rental

    Great place for group of friends or family. Offers nice gathering areas and provides spaces for privacy. Nice setup! The rental could use more towels. The water in the jacuzzi was cloudy, but it could have need from the well water….All in all, GREAT value! I hope to rent again next year. Highly recommended!

    The home is close enough to stores yet not right near them. Everything in the home is as pictured plenty of kitchen items for use beds are comfy pillows, exceptionally comfortable. It's absolutely a beautiful home well kept and has everything that you need. Alex is awesome!!! He was always prompt with answering questions I had. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
