Welcome home!!! This 5-bedroom house in Traverse City is perfect for your escape to fun and relaxation. No detail left out. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed & a sleeper sofa guests will find superb comfort in every room. The 4 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like hair dryer, bidets, shampoo & conditioner, clean new white plush towels, luxurious showers, and 2 bathtubs for a delightful experience. A cozy lower level living room with a sofa bed offers additional space for playing or unwinding. Fun board games and thoughtful touches throughout the home to make for a memorable time. The home, only a few years old, is very well-maintained and situated on 3/4 of an acre. Professionally decorated, and an award-winning spacious kitchen with nice appliances, a walk-in pantry, and plenty of space for a large group at the island and dining table. Window treatments throughout the house for guests comfort, including motorized draperies. Multi-zone heating and air conditioning. White-noise machines, alarm clocks, and fans located in each bedroom. Outdoor features include a covered front porch, charming back patio with comfortable furniture to relax, dine and entertain complete with a large umbrella for the sunny days and party lights for the evening hours. Gas grill is included. Extra large play area for the kids with rubber mulch, and a large hard scaped fire pit area in the back yard to make s’mores and memories that are sure to last. Neighborhood features several beautiful areas of common space to roam and explore with kids or pets. Enjoy a walk around the pond or around the neighborhood or up the hill into the woods. It’s a beautiful house, new and clean, a lot of space and all the accessories necessary for the vacation, the location is very convenient both for travelling and for grocery shopping. The surrounding is very quiet, and the outdoor terrace is so nice. The host was helpful, answered all our questions. I’ll definitely recommend this home to my friends.
