Great Place, Great Location

The condo is very clean and cozy. It makes great use of the space and all the furniture is very comfortable. A nice view of the West Bay that’s just a block away. Just across the street is a park with pickle ball courts and a dog park. Just a short walk to multiple public beach access points and very nice water front parks. Perfect place for a small family.

Locked out

We were locked out of the unit as the door code only works on the dead bolt and not the door handle. We had to call a locksmith to pick the doorknob. Boat did not inform us at any level that the 2 locks were separate and that the door knob required an actual key that was not supplied or identified. 110 for a locksmith.
