Enclosed 120 m² garden and access to a shared 5000 m² park with a playground (swing set/slide, badminton).
Living/dining room with a sofa bed (fireplace present but not usable), separate fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed 140x190 cm, 2: 2 single beds 90x190 cm), shower room, and separate WC.
Additional amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo system, full baby equipment.
Included: electric heating (30 kWh/day).
