Renovated former farmhouse located in the quiet countryside, 10 km from St Philbert de Grand Lieu (beach available in summer), 13 km from Lake Grand Lieu, and 24 km from Nantes (adjoining another 7-person gîte).
Private parking on site.
Terrace and enclosed garden of 50 m² (east-facing).
Ground floor: living room (140x190 sofa bed), fitted kitchen/dining room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160x200 bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby bed/high chair upon request, and electric car charging station.
Included: sheets.
Not included: electricity, electric underfloor heating, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (€50 mandatory), and tourist tax.
