Cottage in the countryside, quiet and not far from the sea Cottage adjoining another house, quietly located on the edge of the Vendée, 22 km from the beaches, 15 km from Challans, 30 km from Pornic and 5 km from the town of Machecoul.
Enclosed wooded grounds of 2400 m² with terrace and garden shed. Portico and 2 adult bikes + 2 children's bikes available.
Single storey: living room/living room with wood stove and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed, 2: 3 90x190 beds), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: freezer, cot/high chair/baby changing mat.
Included: wood.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, sheets, bathroom/house linen.
Lake of Grand Lieu at 23 km. Many hiking trails and cycle paths near the cottage.
