The Gîte du Baril is a former detached family home, renovated in 2025, located near the owners' farm (dairy cows/milk processing - tours are available), 30 km from the beaches of Pornic and 40 km from Nantes.
Private parking on the property (garage + porch).
150 m² terrace and enclosed garden (southeast facing).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with a wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with a private shower room/toilet, separate toilet, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a sink (1 and 2: two twin beds (90x200cm), 3: two twin beds (80x200cm), shower room, and separate toilet. Amenities included: Wi-Fi/fiber, baby bed/chair/bathtub, tumble dryer, and Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine.
Included: Electricity, aerothermal underfloor heating, wood, and bed linens.
