The tower has been renovated, and its interior design now appears more modern and clean. However, the bed was somewhat firm, and the blanket could be a bit thicker. The hotel is so convenient which is so close by highway 7

The suite was immaculate, and the daily housekeeping service was greatly appreciated. The bed provided excellent comfort, and the air conditioning system was remarkably quiet—an uncommon advantage compared to many other hotels. The shower was spacious and spotless, further enhancing the quality of our stay. Overall, our experience was extremely positive. One area for improvement would be clearer communication regarding the indoor parking, as it is not always highlighted and the outdoor lot tends to be full in the evenings. I would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. ——————— La suite était impeccable et l’entretien quotidien a été très apprécié. Le lit offrait un excellent confort et le système de climatisation se distinguait par son silence, un atout rare par rapport à d’autres établissements. La douche, spacieuse et parfaitement propre, a également contribué à la qualité du séjour. Dans l’ensemble, notre expérience a été extrêmement positive. Un point à améliorer serait la communication concernant le stationnement intérieur, car celui-ci n’est pas toujours mentionné et le stationnement extérieur est souvent complet en soirée. Je recommanderais sans réserve cet hôtel et y retournerai avec plaisir.

To explain our rating for this property. We got a suite that should have been prepared in advance for us. The staff did not have the room ready. Every night of our stay we asked for extra blankets because they were thin and uncomfortable to sleep with just a sheet on the pull out couch. Only to discover they had proper blankets they could have given us. We would stay here again to allow them the chance to try again and make it right. It just really sucks we had to discover at the end of our stay they had proper blankets and our requests were ignored for it.

Average stay; renovated wing but nothing special; carpeting didn’t seem clean -musky scent, shower door leaked out water when in use. Major mix up with nightly rate but was fixed promptly. Parking outside limited and used by guests from Best Western. Underground parking was a terrible option and appeared unsafe and had no security oversight.

Second time staying at Sheraton parkway. Hotel is big, clean and modern. Front desk was helpful and has taken immediate action to switch us to a new room when next door was noisy at 11pm. The only area needs improvement is low water pressure at shower. Will go back again.
