RS Suites

Very nice room, parking was tight and confusing to figure out. Thermostat was difficult to adjust wouldn’t work so it was cold. But nice area to stay in close to shopping and mall area.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Parking and check in were very easy and straight forward. The room was clean, comfortable and had all amenities we need d and a great view of missisaugas downtown area. It is directly across the street from celebration square which frequently does fun outdoor events. It is also right next to square one mall which brings many dining and shopping options! Definitely recomendable room and we Will absolutely stay here again!

Great location, easy self check in, needed extra instructions for the parking, the bed was squeaky, whenever one moved the other would wake up. Full kitchen, with coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. Very good value for money.

The temperature in the apartment was 30 degrees couldn’t regulate the thermostat either. The general area looked clean till I spotted a cockroach just before I checked out *whew. The staff were polite. The building was safe. Everything else was okay :)

A beautiful place with convenience steps away!

The room is beautiful and the view from the bedroom windows was beautiful. You get to see the sunrise which made for great photos. Overall a great experience and an amazing place that is near everything. Above all I love that their is safety, you need a special key to get anywhere and there is someone always at the front desk. Would stay here again!

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!

This was an absolutely dreadful experience filled with red flags and scam alerts. It started with a last-minute call informing me that my reservation had been changed due to renovations, moving me to a new location in downtown Toronto. Despite their apologies and promises of a better location, the problems quickly escalated. The original price of $162.90 for one night was suddenly increased by an unexpected $99 cleaning fee, pushing the total to nearly $250. After an hour-long, frustrating call with their so-called "support team," we settled on $200, but they also demanded a $300 refundable safety deposit, which felt suspicious due to their repeated emphasis on its refundability. This raised my concerns, especially after receiving a shady email link requesting personal and credit card information, which my email flagged as a scam. Researching further, I found numerous one-star reviews warning that this company often doesn't return the safety deposit and cuts off communication afterward. Despite my frustration, I eventually agreed to pay the $200 for the night without the deposit. However, the nightmare continued when I received a call at 11:30 p.m., waking me up, to say the e-transfer I sent was to the wrong email address due to their mistake. Overall, this was a terrible experience filled with deceit. I strongly advise against staying with these scammers, and if you do, never give them a safety deposit—they won’t return it.
