This property was full of 2nd hand smoke fume, apparent in the hall way, and un our non-smoking room. The room was dusty, and the tile was chiped. We were very disappointed over all.

Ugly rooms. Breakfast terrible hotel hard to find. Grounds are unkept hotel is not too clean

Horrible, disgusting, awful, lock of cleanliness, bad odor, bathroom stink, exterior of the building is a trash dump, breakfast is bad

DO NOT DO IT. TRUST ME, IT MAY BE CHEAP BUT IT ISN'T WORTH IT. I CHECKED OUT AFTER MY FIRST NIGHT.

The continental breakfast was the only thing that really disappointed me. Cereal toast croissants danish wheres the bagels the waffles or eggs. The staff was wonderful Needs an update Internet connection spotty

Musty smell in the room. Carpets were filthy; I doubt they have ever been washed.

This hotel is very dated. Parking lot doubles as parking for nearby business. Overgrown vegetation, delapidated.

old hotel that never got updated, im sure at one time it was a great place but bar closed restaurant closed outdoor pool filled in indoor pool cold . beds and room furnishings well worn sink rusted, also was not that cheap to stay at.

Inside the room was dirty, smelly, old and destroyed. Outside the building doors were untidy, trash everywhere, and most important were their broken doors and locks, three out of five doors. If something happens during your stay, you are in trouble. Besides that, their staff are nice and polite.

The hotel's location outside of Toronto was good since I didn't want to stay in the city but had easy access to the city. The condition though of the hotel was not good at all. It needs some serious TLC and updates. It looked like it hasn't been touched in decades. The room's air conditioner was way too loud! You could hear the room next door's air conditioner too. The pillows were like pancakes way too flat for any kind of comfort. Getting another pillow didn't help either. The continental breakfast was day old stale pastries, cereal and bread & bagels. There was not really any fruit either. The pool area had no towels for us but they didn't want you to bring towel from your room either! Next time I visit Toronto I will shell out the extra money for a better hotel.

The price for this two star hotel is outrageous compared to the fact other 3 and higher star hotels were only 20-30 more in price. This place needs a lot of help, it needs to improve. The TV, and furniture are all out dated. I definitely won't stay here again. Only reason I chose this place was because they had smoking indoors.

An old motel that hasn't experienced any maintenance. Dirty carpets, old fixtures, mold around tub. Poor continental breakfast. Believed some of the posted reviews and booked a night. Not worth the money.
