White Haven is a quiet beachside cottage in a peaceful location where you can relax and unwind to the sound of the ocean. Just a short stroll through the rear gate will have you on the white sandy shores of Toogoom Beach.

The perfect spot for a relaxing escape to spend your time strolling along the beach or taking a dip in the calm waters.

In the evenings, experience beautiful sunsets while enjoying your favourite beverage. This beachside cottage offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay by the sea.

An angler’s paradise, Toogoom boasts incredible fishing including crabbing at local Beelbi Creek. It’s also a nature lover's dream with hotspots for bird watchers, with a large variety of species inhabiting the area.

A 6-minute drive will take you to the Toogoom Boat Ramp, Goody’s Waterfront Café and The Salty Café offering delicious breakfast, lunch and now dinner options on selected evenings at Goody's.

Toogoom is 15 minutes from Hervey Bay, the whale watching capital of Australia. Hervey Bay boasts a large selections restaurants, cafes and shopping outlets.

Whitehaven on the beach is the hidden Jem we've been looking for, hosts just delightful, and the views fantastic, dolphins family feeding 20m off the beach, sitting on the dune looking at the ocean, walking along that beautiful beach or walking out at low tide, birds in the trees and we had a koala passing through, lots of great spots for beach fishing, boat ramps in great condition, waterfront cafe great food and service, thanks Irene & Phillip we didn't want to leave. This property is a true haven of relaxation. The host was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, and the cabin itself was immaculate, thoughtfully presented, and equipped with every convenience. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the provision of chocolates and ice creams in the freezer. The location offers a pleasant walk through to the beach, and the host’s generosity in allowing us to park in the driveway was greatly appreciated, as it spared us the inconvenience of transporting luggage from street parking.

White Haven - a slice of paradise

Spent a relaxing 9 days over Christmas and New Years 2024-25. Excellent location for a peaceful and quiet time away, exceptional property owners, friendly and kind who went over and above what was expected of them.Direct beach access, friendly local community and not crowded, perfect for peaceful and quiet time away. Self contained A/conditioned cottage with all that you need for cooking, laundry etc.

Amazing little place

This was an absolutely stunning, quiet little place, with the beach literally in the backyard. The couple who's property it is, are the most genuine, kind and friendly people, and the amenities were spotless. Got to feed the kookaburra's, and it's only a short drive into Hervey Bay, but so much more peaceful. Definitely recommend!!
