The space
With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two living areas there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 8 guests. The open plan living features lake views, a large comfortable lounge suite, smart TV, and 8-seater dining table.

The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with the usual kitchen appliances including electric cooktop, oven, coffee machine (bring your own pods), microwave, double-door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, walk-in pantry, breakfast bar, and kitchenware.

The spacious master suite provides privacy and relaxation with a comfortable king sized bed, air-conditioning/heating, ensuite with large tiled shower and his and her walk-in robes.

On the other side of the house away from the master suite you will find Bedrooms 2 and Bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 provides a queen sized bed, air conditioning/heating and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 with ceiling fan has the option to be setup as either two single beds or joined to make a short king bed.

For those with small children, the fourth bedroom with a ceiling fan has two single beds and is near the master suite.

The setup of this property is ideal for two families or one large family looking for a beach retreat.

Bring the boat (please note driveway restrictions for medium to large boats) the Toogoom boat ramp is only a short distance away.

Or bring your bikes and experience the Toogoom Mountain Bike Trails and Skills Park. Children will love the Toogoom Community Playground or swimming in the nearby creek .

Strictly no pets, parties or unauthorised guests and no swimming in or water activities allowed on Lake Kalvert.
There are two security cameras at the property;
The first camera is at the front of the house. It captures the front entrance and driveway.
The second camera is at the far left of the house on the left of the gate against the neighbors' fence which also captures the driveway.
