APA Hotel PRIDE Akasaka Kokkaigijidomae

"The hotel was clean, the breakfast served was excellent, and the staff was welcoming to international visitors. With that said, I'd personally recommend staying at a different APA hotel if you are a tourist. This hotel is located in Chiyoda, which is the "political" ward. Outside of getting pictures of the imperial palace, there isn't much "touristy" to see, eat or do, within walking distance of the hotel. Other than location, the primary issue I have, along with all APA hotels, is that the rooms are relatively small, and there is no hotel gym. This particular inn is about a 15 minute walk to a gym which accepts day passes, a surprising rarity in the city. All told, an excellent stay, especially at the price. If you can afford it, there are better options, but this is likely the best you can get at such an excellent price point. One final point of mentio, there's an onsen/spa on the top floor, which is a great way to relax and recover after a day of walking and/or working."
