I would have given a 5, but the room was freezing cold. Everything else was great though. It had a beautiful city skyline view, the bath was amazing and big, everything was clean and new looking and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a tiny buffet, but the food was good and had different options that worked for everyone in my family. Plus the hotel was close to the train station and a lot of bars and cafes. Another plus, my son loved being able to see the shinkansen from the window. Would have stayed staring out the window all day if he could.

If you're looking for a simple place to stay in Tokyo I would recommend this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and cleaned regularly and rooms are well equipped for someone who is looking to have a place to sleep at night. Minor negative is a lack of wardrobe section that might be more of an issue for others but wasn't too much trouble for me.

Clean room and friendly staff. They were attentive to our needs and our questions. You are close to many lines which was a big plus. I would stay here again. The only things was that they didnโ€™t have extra pillows.

Pros: -Close to Akihabara station, shopping -Amenities at reception -AC in room works fine Cons: -It was 2:50pm, check-in is at 3pm. Some hotel don't mind and have checked me in 2hrs before intended check in time. However, at 2:50pm, I asked the lady at the counter to check in, she gives me a card and tells me to go to 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is the hotel's breakfast dining area, which was closed and there was nobody. When I went back down, they started checking in people. It was frustrating. -Floors with carpets are old and rundown -Rooms are old, bathroom have mold stains around the bathtub and shower curtain Would not recommend.

Good walking distance from Akihabara station. Very quiet and clean. One thing was you have to use your card key to turn on electricity in room. So when I first walked in the room, it was boiling/humid. It cooled down fairly quickly but those first few minutes I was sweating. All-in-all was great price and slept comfortably. Super quiet and the staff was very friendly.
