This hotel has no communication whatsoever despite numerous attempts. Worse thing is the check-in instructions - it never arrives (or hours later) even after the official check in time at 4pm. We had to call them but they don’t speak any English - so we had to frantically find some Japanese speaker (luckily we know one) to chase them to give us check in instructions. We booked two separate trips and the experience was the same (we thought they might be better next time - bcz the location is quite convenient). I simply won’t go again !
