Very small rooms 11 sq mtrs so keep that in mind i was solo and really nowhere to store one suitcase let alone two.On the desk or maybe underneath. The bed was so comfortable and pillows were great. This Hotel is 210 meters from the train station . Straight outside my room was a train line but i never heard a thing windows double glazed. Lots of little restaurants in the back streets behind this Hotel.

We spent 6 nights in this hotel and our room was clean with a comfortable bed but it was tiny! We were too people with two big suitcases and we couldn't open both suitcases at the same time because we didn't fit in the room. I don't expect a Palace at all. I have been in hotels with small rooms and its OK but seriously this one was tiny. The toilet was a joke. I gave it 4/5 because we didn't spend too much time in the room anyway so it didnt bother us that much but there were moments where we were literally on top of each other. Anther thing is the breakfast buffet. It was OK, obviously nothing compare with any European breakfast buffet but it was decent enough. The only problem was the staff. Although the buffet was open until 10 am they did not let anyone come in after 9.30 am and they were quite rigorous with this rule as I witnessed a guest not being let in at 9:32am so based on that and the size of the room I can't give 5/5.

The location is very good. 150 m from Akihabara train station, and many shops and food outlets around the hotel within walking distance. But the rooms are small. You can't even open 1 suitcase unless you put in on the bed. The bathroom is also small. The worst for me is the pillows, a thin hard pillow that really won't give you a good sleep.

This is a cost-effective, clean and very well-located hotel right by Akiba satition, that is small and packed with useful features for travelers, including ironing and such. It has several convenience stores around it, and getting any electronic you desire is just a few meters away.

I booked the double bed in a very small room. Absolutely no space to open luggage. Have to open them on my bed. Has the smallest tub I have ever seen. Despite being small, everything I need is in the room. No safe box n wardrobe if you need them. Room is a bit hot as the heater is on. But what this hotel has is a great location. Below the hotel, there's 7-11, lots of izakaya for your drinks and food. Walking distance towards the train station and akihabara. For the price, I think the CP level is high.

For Japan's standard, we know the rooms will not spacious but this hotel room was way too small. The housekeeping was not done excellent. If given a choice, we will stay somewhere else next time. The good thing about this hotel is the excellent location, 5 mins away from Akihabara station and we really liked how Akihabara is so lively.

Good 1. Walking distance from Akihabara Station 2. Lots of eateries 3. Clean Water for drinking 4. Small double bed that fits 2 adults and one child. 5. Supply of daily towels, comb, body sponge, coffee, green tea, razor etc 6. Books inside the room - just take time to read because their internet connection is useless 7. Fridge has freezer 8. Ice machine Bad 1. Internet connection drops all the time. 2. Need to clean the room within 4 days of stay, or else you’ll get a letter stating they need to clean by law etc and they will keep knocking on your door because they can only clean your room before 1:30 PM - you have to get out of the room 3. No safety box 4. Tiny room- needs extra effort to open your luggage 5. Only one washing machine and one dryer 6. bed is super soft and the pillows were flat like biscuit! 7. < back> TV / Aircon full of Dust

Stayed as a couple in one of the non smoking Proper double bed rooms.this room is tiny, even by Asia's standards but it does force you to be organised and not make a mess.just keep in mind there's no cupboard space at all and it's a struggle to position both suitcases on the floor. bed is a bit saggy and honestly bring it own pillows as the single pancake pillow provided is not enough.the bathroom is horrendous, tiny little thing with a frosted door that gives no privacy statement all and a mini shower that will have you flooding the bathroom.we stayed in room 812 and while there's a window It's Been Boarded Over so no, you have no window.and fyi turn the kettle on at least 15 mins before you want water. Now for the positives because i know how harsh the above sounds. Friendly staff, storage of luggage after check out, water provided on most days,in room amenities good, plenty of standard 2 prong power points in the room.super quiet. robes provided.hotel has a microwave as well as a washer and dryer that's very cheap.location was awesome, honestly 1 min walk to convenience store and about 3 mins from the station.also a convenience store in the opposite direction to akihabara station and 3 mins walk that has a bigger product selection and a Life supermarket 10 mins walk away. Overall good enough that we extended our stay.i'd stay again but bring pillows and less luggage.(paid between 140-185 as a last minute booking)

Hotel is a short walk from Akihabara station and is close to cafes and resturants .Staff are ver helpfull and understand English .Rooms are small , as expected in Tokyo , clean line , towels and water is provided daily.

This hotel offers very basic amenities and can be a good base for folks to explore Tokyo given its proximity to Akihabara (both JR and Metro) station (Showa-dori gate). We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - room is very cramped but offers a decent range of bathroom amenities and other standard items for the stay (slippers, bathrobes, etc). Great value for money stay since we are out most of the time. Overall, I'd say this is a great utility hotel but don't expect too much comfort.
