If you are a foreigner looking for a budget hotel, stay at any APA. Very clean, very accommodating and accessible to surrounding areas. This one in particular was very nice, away from super crowded and touristy areas but still a chill part of Tokyo.

I stayed here for about 1 week on a solo trip through Tokyo. The room was small but I really enjoyed the cleanliness and quality, and all of the staff i interacted with were very kind and professional! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I return to Japan!
