No staff onsite.
If you haven't received messages of the door access and bed location beforehand, you'll be stuck upon arrives.
I called them on the day and they provided the necessary information, so I was able to stay.
It's located only on the 3rd floor inside the building, so you can't find where it is just by looking from the outside.
