It was horrible thankfully we was out of the room most of time, the moment we got there we asked for a ground floor and acted like it was an issue, the card wouldn’t work it difficult to open the door, the room stunk so bad I literally had to dump perfume on the furniture, the bed was extremely uncomfortable when u laid down u sank down and rolled to the middle of the bed, there was no room service until you asked for it, we didn’t use the pool but the water fall is just for looks it wasn’t on, im extremely disappointed and for $400 I expected better I did read the reviews and they lie, I had a rating of 8/10 I think it definitely is not worth the money. Then I was charged $100 for something that wasn’t in the policy, as I read everything before I booked thankfully it was refunded. I would never recommend or stay here again.

The room was well kept and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only complaint was that when I call the front desk because the toilet was giving issues, the person who answered told me come to the front desk and pick up the plunger for me to fix the toule which I think is ridiculous
