Our initial room faced a highway and was extremely noisy. The front desk was helpful and accommodating to make a quick change to a new room, which was much better. The hotel was underwhelming and fairly dated. The breakfast was basic, and the pool looked slightly green. Green enough that we did not allow our kids to swim. There are a good selection of stores and restaurants about 5 minutes away by car.

The front desk female took forever to taje care of us and ither guests she was having a very loud personal conversation with another employee and rushed us with the check in process ti just go back to the conversation, didn't give us information about the room, internet, nothing. No professionalism at all. There was dirty clothes inside the sofabed in our room when I called whoever answer was yeah ok and hanged up the phone and 15 minutes later the same young lady that checked us in, arrived cleaned the dirty clothes and changed the sheets.

The breakfast was nothing I would have expected from a Marriott property. Very sub par One of the front desk girls was very knowledgeable about the area! I would recommend the other staff to learn about the area. I was in room 401 and there was road and airport noise all night long

There were dogs in the room below us that barked incessantly for hours. We complained to the front desk who said they walked the halls and didn’t hear anything. My husband found the room and recorded the barking and howling of the dogs and showed the front desk. They seemed very annoyed with this. If I would have known this property allowed dogs, I would have stayed elsewhere for this reason.
