So my flight got cancelled and I never made it to my stay. Tried calling the front desk with no success. Myself and customer service tried reaching out to ask for them to accept a cancelled flight as a reason for and were unable to reach anyone. So this was one of my worst stays ever think twice before booking!

Due to its location, it is a good option if you are visiting Kenedy Space Center. Room was clean and the breakfast is a plus!

Our only issue; we requested a handicapped accessible room for wheelchair bound family member. No bars in bathroom in toilet or shower area. We didn’t notice until we were unpacked and too tired to repack and request another room. Breakfast was very nice with good variety of items. Staff were very nice.

The room was nice and well kept. Staff was wonderful. We had someone on the floor above us that sounded like children, screaming, hollering, and jumping off the furniture. Front desk was nice about getting it stopped, but it started back up during the middle of the night. Informed the front desk this morning that whoever was in that room should not be allowed to come back.

I reserved one night, which was excellent. I checked out the next morning but after a long day at the wildlife refuge I returned for a second night, which was not as pleasant. Big difference staying on the first and third floor, most notably the hallways were very hot and stuffy, While the ground floor was a comfortable temperature since it contained reception, the breakfast room, and community rooms. Reaching my third floor room through the warm hallways, I found that the TV did not turn on with the remote. I called the front desk twice, but no one answered, so I put my clothes back on to go downstairs. No one was at the desk, so I called out. I was told the remotes don't turn on the TVs, however the one in my room the previous night worked just fine. That was followed by “oh, most of them don't work". You must push the on button on the TV. What could have been an easy fix by phone turned out to be a hassle. The night attendant was too busy to pick up the phone and say, "hold on". The next morning I had an issue with the remote again, and after calling the front desk with an immediate response someone was knocking on my door in seconds. That was service! The second room towels were not in the best of shape. The bathmat was unraveling on the edges. Perhaps the third floor room wasn't used as often. I would stay there again but reserve a room on the first floor. And compliments for the great hot breakfast and fresh cookies in the evening at reception!
