The view of the bay makes the lower quality rooms enjoyable. The beds are horrific though if you have a bad back.

This property is a gem in disguise. Beautiful scenery especially at sunset. The trip to the beach is short but dangerous. The property is in need of repairs and updating. The blinds are broken, the flooring worn and the bathtub moldy and need grouting. The view made up for most of the conditions of the property.

Great views with path to beach. Facility looked to be freshly painted on the outside, however from walkway and door mat were dirty and covered with bird droppings. Inside was very dated and looked dirty and dingy. Furniture was missing, lamp shade shredded, toilet seat was pealing, screen for sliding door was ripped and screen door was about to fall apart which was an issue because there was no fan so we had to sleep with the sliding door open for air. Over $350 a night for a dump! Owners should be ashamed.

The ocean view was great. Otherwise nothing good. Run down '70's decor. Bird Poop at entrance and on deck. Mildew in shower, Toilet seat loose. Chair with broken leg.Paper thin walls. Could hear our neighbors both sides and above. Tiny room and bathroom 12'x12', 6'x6'). Room did not look like any of the property photos on line. AND a pair of dirty panties left in the shower area. We checked about after one night.

PRO: It’s a quaint location that overlooks the water. Parking was easy and near our unit. Staff was responsive to issues and bathroom was well maintained. Price was reasonable. There were working refrigerator and microwave. CON: Lamp and wall light were covered with a thick layer of dust as were all the baseboards. When we first entered the room there was no electricity except in the bathroom. Staff responded to this quickly.

This is one of the worse places I have been in. I have stayed at cleaner places in third world countries. Floors were pealing as well as doors. Exposed electrical wires. Window lock was missing. They put up a wooden dowel that didn't fit. No housekeeping. I had to go to the desk to ask for clean towels. Holes in the walls. Outside could have been better except that no up keep. This place looks like someone bought this place and is letting ir run down. I have photos if needed.

It was extremely dirty. Had an ant problem. Had slice of pizza and other chunks of pizza in the oven. It had pancake batter still on the dishes. There were boogers smeared on the shower wall along with an old razor cap in the shower like it hadnt been cleaned. There was something sticky smeared on the nightstand. My kids were and i were freaked out staying there. The staff was nice but could not make up for the uncleanliness of the place. I sent pictures of everything to the staff.

Beautiful location right on the bay. There was obvious erat n tear on the rooms and water pressure in shower was very minimal. However it was cleane, the terrace was great and loved being so close to the water.
