This is an Oceanfront unit, on the lower level on the South side. As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and more street parking along Pacific Ave.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

One of our greatest stays anywhere! The view of the Pacific Ocean from the couch was amazing. The place was well equipped and had everything we needed. So easy to check in and check out. I would recommend my friends to stay here for the idyllic Oregon stay.
