I took my 8yr old for breakfast I ask for the menu I wanted to order just cereal they took for ever to come I got up and told the host I am just gonna grab cereal and he charge me for the buffet bc I grab it from the buffet area 😡 I told him I being waiting for a server and nobody came so I got up and grab it he didn’t say a thing he just told me how much it was then I told him did you put my 20% off and he said oh I didn’t know I thought it shows when u pay but I don’t know he went to ask and came back for a cereal and bacon I payed $239 communication was bad service bad nobody nice everyone with attitude at the bar same thing we order drinks we love to talk the guy so serious with a face
