Good overall service and clean. Only one observation the guy at the entrance by the stairs, walking around the lobby staring at people in an aggressive way every time they go in and out is really unnecessary. You already have cameras and know they are staying at the hotel what’s the point of this? If you want a security guard put one at every entry point and stop making your guests feel uncomfortable. Going back to the Lucerna next time.

I had a great experience at Real Inn Tijuana! The service was friendly and attentive, and the bar is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is vibrant and stylish, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a night out. They offer an impressive selection of cocktails that are not only delicious but also very affordable—honestly some of the best prices I’ve seen! One standout drink was the Margarita, which was perfectly balanced and refreshing. If you enjoy cocktails, you’ll love the variety and quality here. That said, there were a couple of downsides: the shower floor in the bathroom looked brown and dirty, which was disappointing, and even though I requested two extra pillows, they never arrived. Overall, the bar and drink experience really stood out and made my stay enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great spot to unwind with amazing cocktails, this is the place!
