I spent 2 nights at the hotel, it was very clean fast check in love check out time until 1. Delicious buffet

Hotel is newly renovated and the room was clean. Personally, I feel employees/people can make or break an experience. In this specific instance, the employees weren't as attentive and courteous as I had previously experienced at this hotel (when it was Camino Real). Overall, it was just okay.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days .. my check lt wasent till 3pm I got there at 9am and they let me check early no charge ( very nice ) we got to our rooms , clean , big rooms , I really loved my stay there ... I just wish they updated the gym !!!!

SOUND PROOFING IS POOR, CAN HEAR ADJACENT ROOM CHATTER CLEARLY

Hotel was going through renovation and hallways were dirty. Floors and walls were somewhat dirty. Disappointed for the money paid but service was good. Location is good.

Room was dirty bathroom door was broken the sink was not working, dirty windows. Hotel looks like a motel. Ac very loud. Wifi was not working in our room only in the lower floors.

Great hotel in a great location with a great value-price and a very clean room

Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the hotel does not have a pool. Other than that, great stay.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it is my favorite when traveling to Tijuana. The rooms are very nice, they are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms nice as well. The staff was always very nice. The restaurant food was quite good. The hotel is located a short walk from lots of shopping and restaurants. A good choice by all means.

If you are looking for a convenient location in Tijuana this is your best option, starting with a great breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Staff is helpful and kind. The rooms definitely need some upgrades.

Location is great, but amenities is not great. Staff is very bad when every time I asked they told me different answer not straight like Yes or No. Internet connection is also bad that you have to call everyday for access code. Value for money is over priced. I am a Camino Club Member which I paid higher I noticed that you can pay lower like the Deluxe which you can eat Breakfast Buffet, and being a Camino Club Member you can only eat Continental Breakfast & the thing they call nightly Cocktail from 5pm to 9pm there is nothing to eat or drink at all Sunday is Closed. Heating & Air Conditioning is also bad need to upgrade specially Thermostat is NOT WORKING. I can still recommend this for a friend.

Too much construction. Did not have my reservation upon arrival. Waited 30 minutes to locate reservation. Staff member seemed put out. Room service was excellent. Food was the best I have had at any hotel in Tijuana. Not everyone is bilingual, but managed to get by. When the construction is complete it should be a very good hotel. Will give second chance down the road.

nice place to stay with family and friends. Convenient location

I've stayed there at least five times over the years, I always have a group of families that book rooms with me, a content returning guest until this last time for a number of reasons. 1. The place was under remodel, instead of closing an area until its complete they had us in an area that was still under construction, all this while charging normal rates. 2. The towels in the room were very old, stained, etc. a complete embarrassment, actually gross. 3. Disappointing to see spider webs in the lobby and main entrance door as if it was an abandon hotel. 4. When under construction the attention to detail and dust control should be a high priority, this was not the case, right next to the escalators the had laborers working on drywall. I hope they read this and really do something about it, there are a hand full of hotels that would like the business of 10 rooms per visit.

Front desk was amazing. They good their time in explaining all hotel amenities. Especially Laura at the front desk and pedro de bellman. They show exemplary customer care and always anticipating needs. Will definitely come back

The whole Hotel is going through a renovation and it's looking very modern. New rooms are very nice and still spacious. One thing I'm not looking forward to is the closing of one restaurant. They will no longer have a restaurant/bar to enjoy drinks. The only lounge that will stay open is up in the 6th floor and only penthouse guest will have access to it, which also sucks. As you know when traveling out into another county many of us like to stay in a Comfort zone where we feel safe. Also when traveling if your not familiar with the area some of us like to stay close to or at our hotel.

We got a room for a little getaway weekend to celebrate a friends birthday. The room had a great view and was well kept. The only major issue that really made our experience a such a pleasant one, was the fact that they had construction going on. I understand that hotels have to continually have repairs here and there in order to maintain their appeal. Unfortunately, I don't think guest should be given rooms on the same floor where major construction is going on. I mean who wants to be woken up at 8AM by loud banging and construction going on. Lets just say I could no longer sleep in on "relaxing" weekend.

malisima me cambiaron de haboitacion 3 veces y me di cuenta qu aire acondicionado es insuficiente no sirve

The staff's were rude and it took a long time to check in and they couldn't find my reservation

Had an early flight leaving TJ airport, so did a quick layover at this hotel. Nothing very impressive, but fine for my purposes. Not too many other options for the price...
