Hotel conditions are very poor. The towels look old and dirty, almost as if they were used to clean the floors. The windows are extremely dirty, and overall the hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained. The front desk staff also had very poor customer service skills. The service used to be good, but during my last visit in April, the staff did not answer the phone despite me calling several times over two days. I even had to contact room service just to request pillows. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.

The entire hotel it’s old and used smells first room. They gave it to me was room 104. It was used by someone already and then move me to another room. Then they stole my girlfriend’s purse from the room.
