The first day the staff was helpful but then they were rude. We had a hard time even getting towels and on our second day the sink pipe broke. We report it and nothing was done that day. We used the towels to clean the area and the next day the wanted to fix until we were ready to head out of the hotel. We ask for ice and the manager didn’t authorize the kitchen staff to provide some. The room did not had a fridge to buy our own ice and in the room you could hear everything even the inappropriate conversation of the cleaning staff
