One block from Casino Agua Caliente Blvd. Agua Caliente is one of the main avenues in Tijana. One block away from Galerias Hipodromo the most exclusive mall of Tijuana. Restaurants, banks and Walmart. 20 minutes from border rosing to USA. The building is very SAFE to enter the visitor parking a guard 7/24. Need a code to enter the building and a electronic card for the elevator to your floor. Very quiet with a beautiful view of the golf course.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
