Yes the room was great very clean hotel great location close to restaurants, shopping and I-75! We ended up not saying both nights and they refunded the night we did not stay! Great customer service we were greeted when coming and going every time by the front desk.

I ask Yari for towels to be delivered at 11:00 am on 11/8 per their policy. You have to request, so that's what i did and towels were not delivered. My husband had to go to the lobby and get them at 12:30 am when we returned back to the hotel. The bathroom in 404 was very slow to drain.
