The studio has a new bathroom, cozy kitchen and conviniently furnished living. Private access, no noise but yet in the centre of Scheveningen: 1 minute from Kurhaus and boulevard/ beach. Perfect for exploring the area as well as for business trip.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is highly recommended. It is situated in a fantastic location, very close to the beach and the pier. The decor is cozy and tasteful. Unfortunately, the parking situation was somewhat problematic. You had to either pay 30 euros per day for a public parking spot or walk 20 minutes to the nearest cheaper parking area. It would have been helpful to know this information in advance.

Scheveningen bedsit

Very convenient location for us - family living nearby - and convenient public transport. But the tram station across the road is noisy which means windows can’t be open at night. Would be very hot in summer. Loud neighbours and banging doors were a problem. Online listing implies that there is a washer and dryer in the studio. It was shared and down an awkward (when carrying washing) flight of stairs. Also implies that there is a hairdryer - this was also downstairs - not practicable. Breakfast bench was too wobbly to use.

Die Ferienwohnung bot grundsätzlich alles, was man für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie war vollständig ausgestattet und sauber, sodass wir uns insgesamt wohlfühlen konnten.Direkt nach unserer Ankunft haben wir die Wohnung gründlich inspiziert. Dabei fielen uns einige kleinere Mängel auf: Die Dusche hatte einen defekten Schlauch, eine Lampe funktionierte nicht – die Glühbirne konnten wir allerdings selbst austauschen. In der Küche war ein Fenster beschädigt bzw. nicht benutzbar; es war mit Isolierklebeband verklebt und mit dem Hinweis „nicht öffnen“ versehen. Auch das Sofa zeigte Abnutzungserscheinungen – die Lehne auf einer Seite war eingesunken.Trotz dieser kleineren Mängel war die Wohnung in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Das Bett war bequem, was zu einem angenehmen Schlaf beigetragen hat. In der Küche konnte man gut mit der vorhandenen Induktionsherdplatte kochen, was wir auch mehrfach genutzt haben. An warmen Tagen sorgte ein Ventilator in der Wohnung für Abkühlung. Zudem standen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung, die wir allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.Etwas umständlich gestaltete sich das Parken – ein Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft war nicht vorhanden. Stattdessen mussten wir das nahegelegene Parkhaus nutzen, das mit 39,50  pro Tag recht teuer war.

Schöne kleine Wohneinheit sehr zentral

Nettes Haus. Sehr zentral gelegen zum Strand. Die Wohnung war im 2. Stock. Eine Herausforderung mit dem Gepäck. Einfach eingerichtet, aber es war im groben und Ganzen alles vorhanden (WC Papier, Spüli…) Man konnte kostenlos waschen und trocknen. Einige Mitbewohner sind leider rücksichtslos und knallen Tag und Nacht die Türen. Ein großer Nachteil ist das Parken. In der Umgebung bekommt man keinen Parkplatz unter 25€ pro Tag. Das muss man mit einplanen. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin kein Problem per Mail, sehr nett!

Ein paar Tage in Scheveningen

Pro: Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Kommunikation über WhatsApp auf englisch jederzeit möglich. Probleme wurden umgehend behoben (hier: Tierhaare bei Anreise auf Couch und Sessel, belegter Fahrradschuppen) Die Lage der Wohnung ist spitze: zu Fuß wenige Minuten zum Strand. Zentrum Den Haag fußläufig 1 Stunde. Alternativ fährt eine Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür ab (stört von der Lautstärke aber nicht) Bäcker / Metzger / Supermarkt ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt Ein- und Ausladen direkt vor der Tür möglich. Alles vorhanden: Spülmittel, Duschgel, Spültücher, Handtücher, Spültücher etc. Con: Parken am Haus dauerhaft nicht möglich. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ist rd. 250 Meter entfernt, kostete aber auch rd. 150 Euro für 5 Tage (und war trotzt Reservierung bei Ankunft voll). Zwei sehr steile Treppen. Da ist bei Ankunft und Abfahrt Kondition erforderlich. Und Trittsicherheit bei später Heimkehr ;-) Das Haus ist hellhörig: den Nachbarn konnte man telefonieren und schnarchen hören. Fernseher bietet als deutschsprachige Programme nur ARD, ZDF und WDR (also Amazon-Stick o.ä. mitnehmen, WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei) Holztreppenhaus aber keine Feuermelder. Lediglich Löschschlauch auf den Etagen. Keine Nottreppe, Seil o.ä. vorhanden. Ausstattung mit (Koch-) Geschirr und Besteck / Gläsern könnte etwas verbessert werden. Kein Toaster (aber Mikrowelle mit Grill) Insgesamt hatten wir ein paar sehr schön Tage und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Advent an der Nordsee

Wir wollten in der Adventszeit ein paar Tage weg von zu Hause - warum nicht ins Seebad Scheveningen? Das Appartment besteht im Grunde aus einem großen Zimmer mit Bett, Sofa und einer kleinen Frühstückszeile. Davon abgetrennt eine kleine Küchenzeile mit elektrischer Kochplatte, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Sowie Nasszelle mit Dusche und Toilette. Also alles, was man braucht, mehr aber auch nicht. Aber eben auch nicht teuer. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand und zum Pier, ebenso zum Lebensmittelgeschäft. Sehr netter bis herzlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin, jede Frage wurde umgehend beantwortet.

Sehr sauber und gute Lage - leider etwas hellhörig

Das Apartment war richtig schön. Außer zwei Sachen waren nicht so toll: Einmal hat man den Nachbarn beim Schlafen gehört, die Wohnungstür scheppert laut wenn die Haustür zufällt und man hört alles von außen, als wenn die Fenster auf Kipp stehen. Und zweitens das Lattenrost quietscht ungemein, sodass wir die Matratzen runter vom Bett auf den Boden gelegt haben. Viel rumgemäkelt, wer mit den zwei nicht ganz so schönen Sachen umgehen kann, findet eine wunderschöne und sehr saubere Wohnung vor.

Süße Dachwohnung nah am Beach
