Wonderful Loft for 4 people, with a minimalist industrial design that will allow you to relax away from home, this conveniently located near two important road arteries, the Tepic-Xalisco boulevard and the Libramiento of the city, has a full kitchen, microwave, toaster coffee maker, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Projector, double bed (King) , Couch and Air mattress, full bathroom with jacuzzi and another half bathroom in addition to private parking and private access.

Superhost: I'm an experienced host, I put all my effort into making a perfect place for guests visiting Tepic Nayarit and I'm sure they'll love it.
Loft of 110 m2 located in the between two main roads of the city this loft is single-storey, in which is the living room and kitchen, bedroom, bathroom parking and walk-in closet.

Security: The condominium has only one entrance (Calle Ceboruco) the neighborhood is very safe day and night.

The kitchen has: refrigerator, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pot battery, utensils, cups, plates, glasses, electric toaster, kitchen towels, corkscrew, pan, etc.
