Last minute choice as La Pinta hotel was under refurbishment. Food: half board could not fault the breakfast or evening meal, but then I haven't had a problem with meals in Adeje and paid less. Location: quieter than our usual spot. 30 minute stroll to Adeje beach near La Pinta hotel & the marina. Very close to the beautiful village La Caleta. Cleanliness: very clean. Room: requested sea view, which was visible beyond a huge tree in front of our balcony (not fantastic). Entertainment: poor. Sun beds: not available everyday due to towel reservation!! Unfortunately we had to wait to be served at the pool bar for those who paid the ALL INCLUSIVE holiday was served!! All inclusive served 1st. Which was disappointing, 1st come 1st served does NOT apply! As we paid half board we did not have complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, which resulted in us having to hire a kettle for a week! Which I have never know in Adeje. Staff: not overly friendly/welcoming. Value for money: had better for our money! TIP: there are certain times when you can only get clean towels for the pool side, so when you check out and flights aren't until later make sure you get them in the morning! We complained about the balcony light not working the 2nd night we got there, this was still not fixed when we left. Overall: we won't booking there again.

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel, having previously visited in July 16 and March 17, and we will definitely be back. All facilities are of a very good standard, staff are happy, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant is spotless, food is varied, plentiful and tasty. We love Tenerife and enjoy the buzz and shops of Fanabe, Americas and Los Cristanos but it's always good to return to the relaxing surrounds of this hotel and area. Can't wait to return.

First time at a H10 hotel. the hotel is large and there is plenty room everywhere that you don't bang into anybody - be it at breakfast - at the bars - round the pool. we stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfasts were amazing 10/10. there are hundreds of sun loungers round the pool and as everywhere else there are signs not to reserve but this seems to be ignored and you must find your favourite spot. outside is a few bars and restaurants and they are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for older people and not for youngsters -expecially not groups.

After being guests in H10 hotels in Lanzarote 8 visits on Privilege Service last was in January we decided to try this one in Tenerife. On arrival wee bit wait for Privilege staff to appear but we were well looked after by staff that were there so that was not a problem. Our room was one of the recently refurbished and therefore very clean with nice outlook from balcony. Staff in Privilege restaurant were excellent very attentive and bent over backwards to give you what you wanted a few hiccups but that was nothing. Staff in buffet for lunch were on the whole the same but waiting for service could be an issue at times. Chefs in both places went above and beyond to give you any special request so in all the staff is a credit to the hotel. After spending a few hrs on the sunbathing area over looking the pool where the attendants were just that very attentive. However on the first Tuesday my husband moved beds and asked the attendant if it was ok to put them here and he said you must leave room for people walking past, so we moved them and this time there was room and the attendant just shrugged when asked if it was ok. During the morning while sunbathing a lady commented to the fact that the decking was needing something to highlight where one tier ended and the other started. After lunch on returning to our loungers I misjudged my footing (due to the fact the I wear varifocal lens stepping down can be awkward I ended up landing on the back of my head and my left hip. The attendant brought ice for my head and informed my husband (I told you this morning it was dangerous to put beds there) as you can see above not what he said at all. The lifeguard was summoned by the attendant who asked if I was ok and would I like a massage which I declined and he took our room number to report incident to Privilege Reception. The following day I had a bruise the size of a rugby ball on the top of my left leg. We went to reception and it had not been reported but noted then they did have an accident report for the previous day and that was a man. Needless to say it curtailed my movement for a few days but we didn't go to reception for other reasons and I was never contacted or asked how I was. After showing her my bruise she offered again to direct to a hospital which she had done before stating they do have a Dr in the hotel but it would cost me. What could a Dr do for a bruise other than what we were doing. My husband emailed the management and a week after the incident someone from customer service phoned our room to ask how I was and to say that they had passed my details to the Insurance why I don't know all we wanted was for this area to be highlighted for the future but apparently it is perfectly safe by their standards. We just felt that after they said we have witnesses and statements to my accident nothing was going to be done as there was no witnesses. Two gentlemen were sunbathing in front but had there backs to us and the pool attendant could not see me for my husband. The gentlemen did offer their assistance when they jumped up after I fell but though it was very much appreciated it was not required. Suffice to say we did not return to that decking area for the rest of our 12 day holiday and we will not be returning which is sad because the grounds etc are beautiful and the staff so nice but management attitude lets the hotel down. As a final points menus need updating and more choice in Privilege also turn down service was never received although the maid did hand in our chocolates and next day weather report and 5pm.

My partner and I recently spent 4 nights at this lovely hotel in the middle of June, and aside from a few cloudy days, we couldn't fault it. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who upgraded our room free of charge to a pool front room, which would normally have cost more per night. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Our stay was all-inclusive and the choice of food at every buffet meal was very varied, there was something different at every meal which is something that I think a lot of all-inclusive resorts don't always achieve. Bringing me onto the waiters and waitresses... they were so happy all the time! I have never met such a friendly bunch of people who seemed so happy to be at work, in particular Virginia, Hermelindo Alvarez and Alberto Rossi. They were 3 people who really stood out to us as attentive, friendly and so happy. All in all we had a lovely 5 days, the only let down was the cloudy days, but that isn't the fault of the hotel and apparently wasn't normal for Tenerife, so we would strongly recommend this hotel! :)

My sister and I spent two weeks at this hotel mid June to early July 2017. Disappointing to say the least. Check in was disappointing we had booked a twin room but were allocated a double: after lots of discussion they eventually found us a twin but the sea view was limited so after one night they gave us another room with a dubious sea view! The hotel is under-staffed and the staff are not trained in customer service often unfriendly unhelpful and untidy. The pool area is not cleaned on a regular basis and all pools are two deep to stand up in. The entertainment was poor apart from our last evening when they put on a traditional Spanish dance group outside which was spectacular. The main area for entertainment reminded us of a dungeon very dark, very smelly and chairs lined up as in a care home! Our room itself was also disappointing, you now have to pay for the safe, there is no mini bar (unless ordered), no slippers or robes,no tea/coffee making facilities (all extras) the tv was in the wrong position for both to view, there was no vanity mirror at the dressing table and the large lamp floor lamp provided was obscuring the artwork. We had to request two bidet towels on more than one occasion, cleaners never took away dirty glasses, the balcony was tired and needs refurbishing and the sliding doors were hard to open and close (these were never cleaned from day one). We eventually upgraded for the last five days to Privilege status. The area facing the sea with cushioned sunbeds was a delight. The service from the bar was excellent we were provided on the hour with a lovely cocktail, tasty snack and cold towels to cool down with. The area was totally quiet and well cleaned. The food for breakfast once upgraded was good and we also enjoyed a meal in the evening there too. Once leaving the hotel either turning right or left we found very pleasant walk ways and visited the fishing village (with excellent restaurants) and a beach bar with live music (much enjoyed) going the other way past lots of other hotels facing the sea was also a lovely walkway that was lit at night : there were lots of shops to browse and also sit and have a coffee/cocktail. We went to the Sheraton for a cocktail and can highly recommend them (wish I could afford to stay there for two weeks). On balance we compared this hotel with H10 in Gran Canaria which we would highly recommend and will return without a thought, but the Palace never, it needs a complete overhaul with better trained staff and much higher standard of entertainment would not return sadly. On the bright side, we got a fabulous tan and did rest completely for the last five days so if you still want to go make sure you book Privilege!!

Recently visited this hotel and had no problems what's so ever, the hotel was beautiful and in a fantastic area. We had an amazing holiday here at costa adeje palace and would definitely return. The food is brilliant and the service in all eating and drinking areas was great. Staff we're very efficient and polite and the cleanliness of the rooms were maintained throughout the whole holiday. The rooms were spacious clean and well kept. Overall I have no bad things to say about our stay here it was lovely. Thank you

My wife and I visited this H10 hotel for the third time I'm 3 years. Why, because it is a great place to spend a week. We had the all inclusive package. I emailed the hotel prior to our departure to request a specific floor and hotel side. My request was noted and we got exactly what we wanted. What are the high points, well the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food and the broad range of premium drinks offered. There are two great pools, although the main one is deep and younger children will not be able to touch the bottom, but there is a separate kiddies pool and a bubble spa pool. There are good quality sun loungers and umbrellas. We never had a problem finding one. The hotel also provides free pool towels which can be changed daily. Our room was spacious. Common with most hotels in this part of the world they are what I can only describe as "firm". Not too firm that we didn't get a good nights sleep. Great breakfast, lunch was typically at the pool bar, although you could have it in the main dining room. We had dinner outside each evening and was pleased to find the the excellent food quality and range had been maintained if not actually improved. I have no problems is recommending this hotel!

Just had a lovely week here with my hubby, the check in was quick and efficient, our room wasn't quite ready but we went and had a complimentary coffee and a stroll around for an hour so no problem. The room was very clean and spacious, good shower, had small problem with aircon but housekeeping sorted that immediately. They whole hotel is kept beautifully, the grounds are lovely. The pool area is very nice, with a bar. Lots of sun beds and towels are provided for sunbathing, free of charge, you can change these every day. There were cocktail and cuisine demos every lunchtime, with a taster session too, which was fun! We were half board and the buffet style breakfast and evening meals were fantastic, a great choice, we came out 'stuffed'in the morning and that did us all day til our evening meal where we filled up again! Lovely! We didn't see any of the entertainment but sat in the piano bar a few nights, that was pleasant. The resort itself is quite quiet but there are lovely walks along the seafront to Playa de las Americas, about 5 miles away, if you want it a bit livelier. Or the other way is the fishing village of Calleta, 20 mins, lovely fish restaurants and little bars, beautiful. I would Definatly return to this hotel.

Interesting to read as far back as April there is a review indicating birds flying around the dining room. We have just returned from this hotel after an 11 night stay on 27th June and that was my biggest issue, birds in the dining room with droppings visible on the food, the seats and tables and nobody interested in doing anything about it. Just one of the many disappointments regarding this hotel which does not meet 4 star requirements and rating.
