We recently returned from this hotel. The hotel is really good. Even Excellent! The food was fantastic. The rooms quite clear, with big balcony, everything was just perfect. In the beginning on our vocation when we arrived to La Nina hotel, we received gift for free SPA zone. It was also good! Only one thing was disappointing... At first day we went to SPA to receive our pool towels. They gave us RECEIPT and told that we need to go to reception and receive our two towels. We gave this receipt at reception and received our towels... At last day staying in hotel we wanted to give back this towels and take back our money for them. BUT reception manager answered to us that our receipt with two towels is already turned back... We told that it is some mistake, show her our towels and asked to solve this problem. Unfortunately the only answer we received was: "Sorry, we cant help You." Result: We not received our moneyback for two towels. But we as honest people : left our two towels in hotel in our room...))))))) that was sad..

Everyone has different expectations of their hotel stay and what to expect, this is my impression, of our week. Entrance to hotel lost in amongst the shops, but once inside reception clean and bright. Easy check in from very professional staff. Room was nice, bright had everything that was required, balcony very small but had table, two chairs and washing line. Pool area nice , quite a few sunbeds but filled up quite quickly so wouldn't like to be trying to get a bed in the height of summer, and yes some people guilty of being down at 8am and booking beds. Two pools - one heated which would have been great except that the shallowest part of the pool is 1.5mtr which doesn't work for small people who either cant swim or not confident in water, so unable to make use of pool. Staff at pool area very nice, drinks and snacks available most of the day, loved the little boxes of salad and fruit, hot food - depends on who was on cooking duty how good it was. Restaurant - heard a few complaints - but from my point of view there was always fresh salad, fruit, cheese, bread, pasta so would always find something, personally if it had been hot that would most definitely have made a difference. Breakfast was probably the best for me. Entertainment wise - nothing appealed to us so we never stayed so cant comment on this. Lots going on during the day and lots of people taking part so seemed popular. As we stayed for 7 days we received a spa session each, spa was very nice, usual steam room, sauna. Jacuzzi and pool - pool could be warmer, treatments looked good and some good offers on. Cleanliness everywhere looked clean and bright, but in our room drinking glasses were neither cleaned or replaced , bathroom vanity/shelves was never cleaned or even wiped down. Bar service was good and all the staff were very pleasant, however there was a charge for prosecco and cocktails , this should have been made clear as we were all inclusive and didn't expect to have to pay anything. Overall we had a good holiday and hotel suited us, for what we paid would have expected slightly better - but that's my opinion.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were great. Plenty of space, comfy beds, big bathroom and cleaned well. The location is great as you are very close to the marina. To all vegetarians, the onion soup here has bacon in, so be aware of that, as they don't note this. Also, the gym and spa don't open until 11am which I think is very late, and should be earlier. Overall, a great hotel choice. Just be aware to not have your wallets in your back pockets, as my partner was pickpocketed on the first night in Las Americas, and we also saw some of the carry on close to the hotel, so be very careful and try to be back at the hotel by 2am, as all the thieves, etc, tend to come out from 3am!

This is the second occasion that me and my family have been to this hotel and I can honestly say I will defiantly be coming back. The bar staff are very welcoming and so lovely to speak to especially Nesto who was the loveliest bar man and always had a jolly smile (even when the clouds came out)! The entertainment staff were phenomenal and engaged with even the older generation trying to get them up and in the pool for aqua aerobics which was very fun! Christian was very bubbly and chatting and always smiling even in the evenings doing the children’s mini discos which the children enjoyed and danced to! Even though at the start of our trip the room we stayed in had a leaking air con and was dripping from the ceiling we had a full apology and it was fixed within two days. We then transferred to a better room with a beautiful view so all was resolved! Apart from that a full recommendation and a special thanks to Nesto (from the bar staff) and Christian (entertainment staff).

Excellent hotel great value for money and in an excellent location we will definitely be back as it has some of the most friendly staff I have ever come across . As it is not a long flight from Glasgow or any other UK airport this hotel would satisfy most peoples needs for location and value for money the all inclusive food & drink were ample for anyone. Loved it.

Our first visit to the island although we have been to the canaries many times. The resort is really nice, very busy, and lots going on, lots of shops and restaurants to keep even the most ardent shopper occupied for hours. The hotel is very average, nice and clean and the staff are friendly. We were in room 107 and we had a fleeting glimpse of the sea but the room was comfortable and spacious. We went for our free visit to the spa on the second day, it was nice but we didn’t go back for another go, it was a bit expensive. Both me and my wife don’t eat meat or dairy, so our review of the food is based on what we could eat, which was very limited. For all you carnivores out there I am sure you will have plenty of choice. Vegetarians beware! Some of the information labels on the dishes had the V sign for veggies but one of the dishes we tried had a spare rib mixed in, which was a bit disappointing. We went expecting the worst but we did have some nice meals although mushrooms, chips and pasta were pretty much on every menu. I would not go back there but it wasn’t a bad holiday and I am sure there are much better and much worse places to stay. Best part of hotel was the shower, it was fantastic and always hot and very powerful. Worst part was the dining room, you had to wait outside the dining room and you were told where you had to sit. The guy on the door was like a Sargent major and not very polite. We found him offensive, also you can’t just get yourself a drink, you have to wait to be served which was very hit and miss depending on how busy the dining room was.

Lovely hotel very clean .staff very good .rooms good size .plenty bars and eating places .music in the bars .its has lots of hills so not so good if you have walking difficulties.but you can hire a double buggy .which we did and it was great .you can charge them up at the hotel .great holiday and would go back

This is the second of the Be Live Hotels we have stayed in Be Live Costa and La Nina Adeje both great hotels very clean, food good,clean and staff very nice all in all a great holiday had in Be Live La Nina...

Good food choice, comfortable room. good service. Pool area small and outside surrounding snack bar gets very crowded. Resort very busy but lovely promenade walks and good, calm swimming areas in the sea. Interesting walks around the harbour. Great for a weeks chill out break. We were all inclusive but looking at the cheap restaurant prices in the town, could easily go to another venue with self catering or room only for cheaper holiday. Enjoyed the weeks chill though.

We were on the 6th floor got rather noisey at night with people coming in slamming doors. Make sure you get a sea view thou it's beautiful to watch the sun come down. Didn't enjoy the food at all wasn't what we expected very blamed.
