Check in staff was unavailable ( waited outside for 15-20 min before staff appeared), room smell moldy, A/C was barely working and made loud noises (like something was loose) . Front desk when stated the will send someone in the morning and nothing since we left the room by noon ( voluntary checked out ) since it was getting us sick . Additionally CC system wasn’t working and unable to by any refreshment unless you had cash.

The stay was generally fine, but a few things could make the experience better. The room was comfortable, though some areas felt a bit dated for example the additional sheet that is added to the blanket were not looklik fresh. Staff were polite . Amenities were ok , but adding more variety to breakfast or improving the maintenance of the existing facilities would really enhance the stay. Overall, it was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Didnt like not being able tonaccess TV unless venmoed a tip. Tv kept driving the remote back to tipping scan. I dont venmo, not possible. Agressive tipping requirement in order to watch tv news. Idd, never exp this. Gr8 bright lights parking lot. Safe at night
