Wonderful place

You couldn't ask for much better place to stay for your trip to the keys. View is exceptional people are friendly we will definitely be making this a annual trip. The location of this property is perfect if you want to do boat rentals kayak snorkel or just enjoy The view

Clean and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The decor and furnishings were outdated but the entire building is spotless and so quiet. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The pool and gym were perfect and the sunsets are stunning!

Loved being right on the water

The condo was perfect. So was the location. Lots of things to do nearby with many excellent food options. The hosts were extremely responsive the entire time we were there. We’ll definitely be back!

Convenient location

Locations is excellent for Conch republic diving. Unit is as advertised with nice pool and club room. Very quiet parking not a problem

Beautiful sunrises!

We stayed here for 8 nights. Condo was great, perfect place for sunrise! Nice small beach and nice pool. Nothing was ever crowded, very relaxing place. Lots of good restaurants around and convenient to drive to other keys. Owners were quick to respond to a few questions.

Relaxing!

The condo was a perfect location overlooking the beach area. Unit was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The pool was heated to a perfect temp and was a great place to hang out! All and in all it was a wonderful vacation and we loved the location.

Outstanding Accomodations

Central location with low population density, easy access to excellent food, and ocean access. Denise and Sean are fantastic to work with and the condo amenities will not disappoint. This was our 4th stay at Seagulls. Obviously we like the condos and the facilities. Those units managed by Oasis bring the level of service to a new level. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with available activities galore for every age group, you must consider Taverniier/Islamorada/Seagulls. Denise and Sean rock 😁

Great week!

Nice condo in convenient location. We have stayed in another condo on the property and this one was nearly the same. Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed for our week of relaxation.

Our stay here was so enjoyable. Beautiful area, centrally located to attractions and dining. Property manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nice property.

Brief stay at Sea Gulls

Denise and Sean were great to deal with during our stay and very responsive. We checked in very late the first night and were able to get access to the unit without a hitch thanks to the detailed instructions that were provided. The complex is a little older but well maintained. We like the location on Tavernier because it's convenient to all the best activities we enjoy and the great restaurants are within a 10 minute drive.

Back again

Sean and Denise kept in touch from beginning to end. The condo was clean when we arrived. The oars and life jackets for the kayak were there like promised. No problems during our stay.
