Very clean property and the locations was perfect!

Lovely space, small room was all I needed. The big bonus was the walk in shower with grab bars! The patio outside with table and chairs was an added bonus.

For the money paid, this place was a dump. They took $200 out of my bank account as a returnable "security fee". They made a copy of my driver's license, and presented me with a 2 page document that I had to sign and initial repeatedly. The clerk was impersonal and spoke very quickly. There was no water pressure in the shower, and when maintenance came to address it, he shrugged his shoulders and said the whole place is like this. Don't come here if you're looking for anything resembling a hotel.

There were no rollaway beds as advertised- NO SHAMPOO CONDITIONERS ETC WAS PROVIDED AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $62 WAS ADDED TO BILL FOR QUEEN BED THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND WELL KEPT

Everything was wonderful - friendly staff, clean rooms, great area, and fun things to do within walking distance.

Walls to thin. Could hear the couple next to us talking loud until late.

Very old property that hasn’t been updated too much. Good king sized bed, full refrigerator and microwave in room. The room was very clean and even though we paid a little over $200 per night, it was cheaper than other places in the area. The only complaints I have are that the flat screen TV is WAY too small for the size of the room and none of the ice machines have ice so you have to buy ice in the lobby.

The property was disappointing. BOTH of the ice machines were out of order. The dock along the creek is unlit at night, with unexpected steps and drop-offs that could literally result in you falling into the creek. Our shower simply didn't work. We had to shower in a friend's room. To be fair, it was one of the only reasonable places to stay on this weekend, but for over $200 / night, i would expect for the shower and the ice machines to actually be working.

The view of the creek was breathtaking, and the hotel was definitely clean. Front desk staff could be a little friendlier. Overall a great place to stay.

The room was very nice but the bathroom was way to small. View of canal was peaceful and pretty. Probably will not be back considering the price to stay there was high enough w/o having to pay an additional fee to park a small boat. We have never been charge elsewhere to park a boat. Your Ice machine was out of order which is not good when on vacation.

Unique experience being on a canal with boats and people fishing

creekside room -nice view and quiet.-----------------------------------------

Inn was easily accessible from the main road. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room sufficiently appointed and spacious, looked to have been recently updated. If you are looking for a place to spend a lot of time on property relaxing enjoying sunrises or sunsets probably not the place for you. It is a great place for easing into the morning with breakfast at the onsite restaurant or a night cap at the small bar on property. It is a great affordable place for those that want to stay in the Keys but be out and about enjoying the day.

Easy accessible location, friendly staff close to everthing

The room was perfect a lot of channel to watch. You can fish on the back on the back of the hotel. The pool was good.
