The room needs to have a deep cleaning service. Everything we touch, it was full of dust. I had to use a washcloth to wipe every single thing literally! The wall apparently was fixed but poorly done. It was definitely NOT a 3 star hotel. Not worth for the amount of money I had to pay for 1 night stay.

We had a creekside room but no view unless you were on the patio which other people were using our table and chairs. I guess I assumed that each rooms table and chairs was for the rooms use and not just anyone that was staying at the motel. The only window we had facing the canal was our tiny bathroom window. The other window faced the road and it had frosted coating so you couldn't see out of it either. Definitely didn't get a room that was pictured. The room was big and the a/c worked great. Parking was tight. Overall not what I was expecting and probably won't return since there are other properties similar in price that we have stayed at.

We give credit to the staff - when we had a problem members were right there to deal with (as much as possible) with our issues. As the property is "aged" not all amenities were acceptable (not on water-view side). Pluses were that room and bedding was clean, bathroom supplies well stocked. Had plumbing problem in bathroom, but staff response was immediate and a solution was found. I would describe the property as a "sportsman's accommodation" with some comforts for occupants.

The location was ok. Easily accessible but limited amenities close by. The rooms were clean but dated. We were unable to get hot water to shower and the front desk was only open limited hours so we were unable to ask anyone about the hot water issue.

Room felt not properly taken cared of: old towels, stains on the sheets, found a shoe and plastic wraps under the bed, food left in the microwave, TV not working. For ~$150 a night this was disappointing, I've stayed at cheaper hotel that felt much better. Also the pictures are misleading, only one or two pictures really show the actual room (classic king), so why show the nice rooms with waterfront view under the same selection?

We stayed for , 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned or sheets changed or towels changed. The toilet was not fixed properly to the ground and the sink was lose . I’m not super happy at all , never ever saw staff member at all . I’m going to ask for a refund of my money
