Big beds, small sheets!

Good welcome, nice room,lovely pool. Lovely large bed, but sadly very small sheets that didnt even cover the mattress- surely thats basic? Very disappointed at what was very sloppy housekeeping.

The service and little touches especially for the kids (kids corner, a token for the kids to spend at the bar to get a choice from a list of chocolates, activity pack, juice etc), free cookies and still water that was topped up daily, lovely buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Great gym and indoor pool all included in the price

Terribly disappointed

Hotel welcome was great. Hotel room was overall clean with some maintenance needed to the bathroom due to foul smell. Room service terrible- breakfast delivered freezing with no apologies and not attempt to rectify. A further drink order was not delivered but we did not receive a refund for room charge of £3.95. Evening staff on New Years Eve were rude to my 75 year old grandad who was gifted a bottle of champagne and told he had to get rid of it to his room, even though he’d already spent over £100 that night on drinks. Hotel staff had no control over a very loud family who were irresponsible and not caring for their young children. The children smashed glass and were touching it and no staff attempted to collect the class to tidy away any possible hazards. The fire alarm went off at 6:45 am on New Year’s Day. No apology was made to guests and to announcement to inform anyone of a false alarm. Dinner was not catered for very well. No set menu as listed online. Lots of food out of stock and no warning of what was available or not.
