Specifically requested one room needed to have a bath and that the rooms were next to each other - received neither on check in. Had to move to a room with a bath which was a long way from the other room. Rooms are dark with several light bulbs not working. Terrible experience in the restaurant for dinner. Steak was inedible so sent it back, second steak also inedible so one of our party went without a main course. No deduction offered on the bill.

Room clean staff excellent - courteous efficient and friendly, Bucks Fizz welcome on Christmas morning and small stocking of chocolates on door - nice touches, selection of teas in room Chamomile and Earl Grey - would have included English Breakfast, buffet breakfast: excellent choice, all hot items hot would keep eye on bacon drying out under lights - dish cover?

Staff were efficient, extremely courteous & helpful. Dinner & breakfast plentiful & well cooked. It was a pity that I was allocated a disabled room as it meant bathroom appliances were set low down, wash basin in particular which didnt help my back problems. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Thank you.
