Spring Training

This property qas almost for our family of 14. Alot for the kids pf all different ages to occupy them. Allowing the adults to have some time We enjoyed our stay very much!

The grand oasis.

Very clean! Large bedrooms and TVs in each room! The bathrooms and showers were clean and very nice to use. The screened in outdoor area was one of our favorite spots to be with the fire pit and large TV! Our son loved the gaming system there to use and had his own little space! Only a few hiccups with the microwave not working and the pool pump threw errors at us where the heater wouldn’t work but Katie responded quickly and got them fixed for us. The washer and dryer worked great for us. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. They also liked the tiki area where there was some sand to play with. Check in and out was very simple as well.

Large Family Holiday Getaway

We stayed at this property with a very large family group ranging in age from young kid to adult. While it had great amenities to entertain our group there were a few things that it needed to make it more accommodating to the group. Communication with the property manager needed to be better. We only asked a few questions but it took a while to get a response and help when we needed it. Full length mirrors, there was not one in the house. Maybe another large garage can for outside as when we got there they were already very full. Bath mats and instructions for showers as they were a different set up. The upstairs bedroom mattress needs to be replaced in front of house as it was very bad. Otherwise we enjoyed everything about it.

Absolute Home Run

We got the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for an extended weekend & it was incredible. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, everything about the description & pictures is accurate & the location is also really centralized to the airport, stores and the beach. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.

Oasis for a large gathering

We had a fantastic time! Kids and adulrs loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong, and games (giant uno for the win). The kitchen supported cooking Thanksgiving dinner for 23! We were 4 families and had beds for everyone. Only 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, but we are close and most of us are low maintenance, so no worries there. We had some plumbing issues but the host was very responsive and got it fixed the next morning. We would definitely come back!

Loved the Grand Oasis

This house is absolutely amazing! Had a family vacation with thirteen people, ages ranged from 4 to 69, there was plenty of room for everyone and never heard a complaint about being bored. Communication with owner was excellent and a slight issue with AC was promptly resolved. Hope to return in the future.

Great house for a big group

My family and I had a great stay at The Grand Oasis. There were 14 of us: 8 adults including 2 grandparents, 5 kids ages 11-14, and an infant. There was plenty of room to accommodate all of us very comfortably, and lots to entertain everyone! The bedrooms were all lovely. There was a large room with a king bed on the ground floor with en suite bathroom which was great for the grand parents. The other 4 rooms were upstairs: 1 king with en suite bathroom, another room with a king, one with a queen, and the last room had 2 full bunk beds with trundles. There was also an additional full bathroom on each floor (4 total). The kitchen is fully equipped with more than ample glassware, flatware, cutlery and cookware. There is also plenty of space to prep and cook, including the grill and outdoor cooking space on the patio. We LOVED the pool, putting green, arcade and ping pong. The Tiki Bar was tucked away for a quiet little shady spot for the adults to get a little time out (with blender conveniently ready and waiting). Being summer in Florida, it was almost too hot for the hot tub, but that didn’t stop us from having a soak. Colin was a wonderful host and very responsive during our stay. He and his sister have worked very hard to maximize the space available and create a wonderful and memorable vacation spot. I would highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Convenient and amenity rich property

Quick visit for myself and three colleagues in town for a conference. Far more economical than hotel rooms and convenient to downtown Tampa. Unique property with plenty of fun things to do for a family or leisurely trip as well.

Family Fun at the Grand Oasis

The pictures are accurate! There was something for everyone from ages 11 to 76! Dad loved making drinks in the blender at the tiki bar while most enjoyed the pool or the hot tub! The teenagers enjoyed mini golf and video games when they weren’t at the pool! The house is close to the beaches like St. Pete’s and Clearwater. Close to Sparkman Wharf which was cute. The hostess Katie was super-accessible and responsive! Had a wonderful stay, thank you!!

Great Space!

We loved the house! My family came to town for my niece’s high school graduation. The space was beautiful, plenty of room for our group of 12. The adult couples each had our own bedrooms and the kids stayed in the room with bunk beds. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions. The layout and outdoor space was great for entertaining. The kids loved the arcade and pool. The tiki bar with sand and a water feature was so much fun. The neighborhood was cute and not too far from shopping and grocery stores (not far from Tampa or the airport either). We visited a beach (on the Bay) one day that was nearby and my family ventured out to a boardwalk area at sunset that was nice, there are things to do nearby, but we spent most of our time hanging by the pool and enjoying the space. We would definitely stay here again.

10/10 house and host!!

Our stay was a 10/10.... the house amenities were perfect for all ages. The host were so kind and helpful. They were super responsive and generous! They made our stay wonderful with a surprise delivery of donuts!
