Close to everything and clean. If you arrive by ferry, or leave by ferry, the port is in walking distance and you avoid carrying your luggage on cobblestones in the Old Town. Appreciated the complimentary coffee.

We booked the studio room for family of three and it was superb. Enough room to hangaround and it has a well equipped kitchenate for warming up food or cutting fruits. The hotel over all is clean and elegant. Breakfast table has various tasty options. Plenty of fresh froots as well.

This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.
