My stay at St. Peterbourgh was wonderful. I liked a lot. Service was very good and friendly. Also welcome champaign was nice suprise in the beginning. The staff worked very hard for example to find me pedicure. Thank you very much for kindness and good service!
I wasn't expecting much when staying here because I truly thought the website photos were doctored in some way (haha) but this was the best hotel I've EVER stayed in. The service was impeccable. The rooms are incredibly designed with deep colors and thoughtful touches. The bathrooms are HUGE! There's a pool table, too. What hotel has a pool table?! It really is fantastic. And it's so central to everything that you don't have to travel far to dine on great food -- two of the city's best restaurants are directly across the street from Hotel St. Petersbourg. I have nothing bad to say about this little gem. I will be back!
From the first moment I got the feeling we are welcomed to the hotel. It was nice to have a drink after check-in. The place was peaceful, there was no hustle ann bustle aroud you. The service was just grate and Hermitage bar was comfortabel space to have a breakfast.
Lovely hotel, enjoyed the central location, the atmosphere, the spa. Delicious crepes for breakfast. Would highly recommend the hotel for travelers to Tallinn, am sorry that I could not spend a few days more.
Most convenient for one night stay, with good food for breakfast and dinner, inside the hotel! Everything in old town was just steps outside the door. Make dinner reservation to assure of seats. Great healthy local dishes for dinner, elegant hot breakfast, served with great staff. Reception staff was numerous, on waiting, was obligated to tip a lot, like a five star hotel. Price was a little on the high side, but we booked through Orbitz, with points added, price became reasonable.
Really a 5 ⭐️ Hotel no doubt! Rooms, service and breakfast top notch! Next time in Tallinn we will be back. There is no alternative. The only minus was the service at the restaurant The Golden Piglet. To much waiting!
A nice stay at the hotel with my husband! Excellent location! Good service! The only minuses were a soap missing from the bathroom, too big pillows, bacon&eggs not offered at breakfast. Private parking next to the hotel!
Luxury and romance in Tallinn's best located hotel. A touch of the big world. Almost nothing to complain about. The only thing that didn't live up to 100% standard was the beds. To hard, and just one blanket.
Very nice classical and cozy, but modern hotel! Staff are friendly and breakfast was very nice and tasty. Location is very convinient. One negative point is missing of elevator, as I was with my old mom.
I have a love hate relationship with this hotel. The location is perfect. The check in was smooth (champagne on arrival). The room at first glance looks great, but once u spend 15 minutes in there you realize that not everything is as it seems. First, the hair dryer stopped working. I called the receptionist and she said she needs to come in and check (why not just give me a spare one?). The receptionist and the housekeeper barged in to test the dryer. After some "testing" they said they need to call maintenance or get a dryer from another hotel????. Anyways, they fixed the issue and I had the dryer replaced. The room at night gets very hot. I called the same receptionist and told her to give me a fan. She said she would, 15 minutes later. Nothing. I called again and got an efficient gentleman to help me. He did not fix the issue but tried very hard and apologized. He was probably the only staff member who knew was hospitality entails. Lastly, the room did not get cleaned on 2 days. How does a 5 * hotel mess up room service? . The staff is nice but it would serve them well if they had some kind of training. They seem a bit lost and disoriented at all times. All in all, the stay was wonderful because Tallin is a gorgeous city and the hotel has a great location. It has room for extensive improvements.
