The Right Place

My family and I needed a place to stay for my daughter’s graduation from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), Cool Haven was perfect! It was in close proximity to the ceremonies and every establishment we visited. The home is spacious inside and out, we loved it!

Excellent place to stay in Tallahassee

The home was large, kept in good condition and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. There was a very spacious fenced backyard, with a very big patio, with ample tables and chairs. TL was quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. We stayed for 2 months and would highly recommend this rental property.

Awesome stay!

This home was everything we'd hoped it would be! It has a great layout with plenty of space indoors, and an even better outdoor area. It's a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed morning walks to the nearby park. We would definitely rebook~thank you so much!

Great for a family

Spent the week to hang out with my FSU student. It was a perfect set up for that. Spacious living areas and fantastic, private backyard. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub as well. Nice kitchen. Only suggestion is the bedding could be refreshed - new bedspread, pillows and blanket would have been nice. Again just a suggestion- we enjoyed it and would stay again.
