Very comfortable place to stay.
The hotel was nice and clean!! In particular the woman taking care of the breakfast was kind, and kept it so clean... She made sure we all knew what was available, and took tremendous pride in her area!
Stained towels and stained sheets. I sure hope it was mud. Luckily I brought my own towels and the room had an extra sheets
Nicer Springhill because it was new. Built in 2019. Their are a few things that look like a handyman rushed through like sloppy cauling in tub area, floors are white in bathroom that will not stay white. I liked the separation of living space , couch, desk from beds. Bedding was comfy. Pillows were down or feathered. Breakfast was good.

Property was dirty. Very dirty carpet in hallways and rooms. Cockroaches in room, and fitness center.

New hotel. Nice rooms. Free HBO/Showtime streaming. Netflix-ready TV. Nice gym/breakfast. No hot tub. Free big parking. Good staff. Easy access to the 10 freeway. Bunch of stores/restaurants around
Very convenient parking and shopping.
We really like the stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice. The pool was nice. The gym was nice. The room was nice. The only reason why I did not give it an excellent is because I asked for beach towels when there was none available at the beach towel stand. I went to the front to ask for beach towels and was told to use the gym towels which covered almost nothing.
